It's a really nice inn. The food is delicious, and the hospitality of the people staying at the hotel is amazing. I have been taking care of the minibus training camp for the past few years. There's also barbecue and Nagashi Somen, so it's full of fun. They will send you off at the end with the feeling that you can come back anytime.

He is very kind and accommodating in a variety of ways.It seemed like a lot of different groups were staying there. The rice is delicious and the quantity is large.Accommodation depends on where you stay, but rooms with air conditioning are comfortable. A room without a screen will be cool from midnight until dawn, but until then it will be hot in the summer, and since there is no screen door, insects will come in.The toilets are clean everywhere. Please note that the bath in the annex can be seen from the outside, but it has a peaceful view and is spacious, so it seems like it would be fun for a few boys to take a bath.

I found out about its existence on Google Maps, checked its website, and made a reservation over the phone for the Old Building Irori Enjoyment Course. The old building is an old thatched house built in the Edo period, and only two people were allowed to use the building, which had three Japanese-style rooms and a hearth room. For dinner, in addition to basic dishes such as sautéed chicken marinated in koji, boiled bamboo shoots with bamboo shoots, boiled eggplant with fried maitake mushrooms, watercress and enoki ohitashi, and kinpira burdock, we also have upgraded dishes such as wild boar hotpot, Roasted venison and salt-grilled sweetfish were lined up at the edge of the hearth. The boar hot pot had a great combination of sweetness from the meat and bitterness from the watercress, and it also had plenty of other ingredients such as radish, carrot, burdock, Chinese cabbage, shirataki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. The sweetfish had roe and was probably the biggest I've ever eaten in my life. It was also my first time to experience crunchy watercress ohitashi. It was a lot of fun to eat all the dishes that were full of the nourishing flavors that can only be found in Satoyama. What impressed me even more was the deliciousness of the rice. The rice was also produced in-house, so when we couldn't finish the rice due to the large number of side dishes, we borrowed plastic wrap and salt to make rice balls for a late night snack. It's shiny and sticky, and the more you bite into it, the sweeter it becomes. It was a really delicious meal. Also, the combination of homemade miso with green onion miso and rice for breakfast was exceptional.Thank you to everyone at Kitanosedo for your heartfelt hospitality. It was a memorable stay. I would like to hear from you again.
