I went out for 3 nights and 4 days before a 3-day holiday. I went there for the first time in 5 years. Initially, the open-air bath was a hot spring, but since it did not meet hot spring standards, the water was boiled. The view is great, and reservations are required so you can relax and soak in the water. This breakfast is my favorite.

The view is amazing from the 3rd floor up.You can relax overlooking Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka, so we recommend checking in before evening and enjoying the sunset.

There was a fireworks festival going on at Lake Yamanaka, but I was guided to a place where there were so many trees that I couldn't see the view from my room. (Lower floor of Building 3)A salesperson at Resort Trust who is only happy when he wants something done, but doesn't seem to have that kind of attitude at all.You can list as many beautiful things as you want, but in order to connect it next time, check the location from the room and think about how it will make an impression on the customer. Shouldn't we reconsider that?It can't be helped because the trees are growing, so can we get away with it?What's a resort about a room with no view at all?The facilities here are no good unless we do something about the large public bath and room bath. The large public bath doesn't have a washing area and you just have to soak in it for an extra fee, so it doesn't feel like a bath that you would have to pay extra for.I can't fill the bathtub in my room with hot water, so naturally I only have to take a shower and it gets cold.Isn't it dangerous if water splashes on the functional part of the washlet in the toilet where electricity is concentrated? There is only a gap of about 10cm between the toilet and the bathtub. We should do something about the bathroom by renovating the room and garden, which has an unnecessarily large tatami area.I used Sanctuary and this place, but when I went to Sanctuary, I had to pay extra for the outdoor restaurant, so this time I used this place and paid for the meal, but I guess I'll be done with it if I go twice.Even if the air conditioner was set to 30 degrees, it was too small for the room and didn't work, and I couldn't take a bath, so I felt like I had a cold.Even though I have Hi-Medic, it still makes me feel like a cold, huh? Right? If you don't update it, discerning people will gradually stop going.I was asked to use it, so I said yes, but after I said it twice, I was like, that's enough. Many of the staff were foreigners, but although there was a language problem, they were all smiling and well-dressed.

It's a hassle because the large bath can only accommodate 15 people. If only 15 people can use the large building, I would like them to consider expanding the bath.

I think the employees are truly executive. The room is spacious and clean, so it's nice, but for us around 50, the food at the buffet venue is not so good.I went with my kids, so I opted for the buffet, but if you're going with just an adult, I think it's better to eat outside.
