A hotel for Chinese people. It's a ridiculous mess. I've been to hot springs in Japan several times, but I've never been to a place that's this noisy and dirty.

Rooms was cool ! Tatami bed and large room however the bathroom is quite unspacios for me, access there too was quite difficult, however we were given a shuttle from the hotel which was nice and time saving, considering the path to the hotel was in a top of a hill and the bus parking lot was at the bottom of the hill, dinner was delicious too ! Enjoyed till the very last

Stayed here for a night, first impression was this hotel is nice and cool, although if your in a tour group riding a bus, they park the bus and you go up to the hotel by shuttle cars that the hotel provides, also no elevator (be sure to bring a spare bag filled with clothes and leave your big suitcases in the bus),great dinner expereience food was nice and they provide you with a yukata ! Also a manual on how to wear it :) overall great experience only problem is the lavatory which is quite small for westeners/tall toursists/claustraphobic people
