I was able to fish for rainbow trout, the hostess was kind, and the food was delicious. It was a great memory. The bath time is a little complicated, so it would be helpful if you could rent it out in 15 minute increments.People who want to experience a retro atmosphere should definitely go.

Same here, but it seems like you can't get the stamps of the Mamorukai unless you go to the official website. Is there some kind of trick?

I went to Akaishi Onsen in Yamanashi in August 2024. I had heard in advance that there was a mixed bathing facility, but I was told that there was no longer a mixed bathing facility. Apparently it was discontinued due to an audit. I think this is disappointing news for those who come expecting a mixed bathing experience. I was a little disappointed as I had also prepared a swimsuit. However, the atmosphere of the retro inn surrounded by nature was very nice, and the food was very delicious. I think it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

I came on a very hot day, but it was cool. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a wall-mounted fan. But that's enoughThe quality of the spring water in the bath is good, but it doesn't seem to have free flowing water. The landlady and staff were both good people.I thought there were no other guests staying there, but there were two other groups, and it turned out to be a surprisingly popular inn.People who are not good with insects should quit. There were no mosquitoes, gnats, or horseflies, so it was comfortable.
