Staff were incredibly responsive and kind. The A frame we stayed in was ultra clean, modern, and comfortable. The setting is amazing and a very short bike ride to the lake. I definitely hope to be back!

The cabin itself was absolutely amazing, very clean and luxurious. It’s obvious there was attention to detail in every corner! The location was perfect as well, very close to the mountain. We had brand new bikes that we rode to the beautiful lake. Most importantly Allen, Jerry, and his team were insanely helpful in making this truly a relaxing, memorable experience. Highly recommend staying here to explore Mt Fuji!

As soon as I entered the house, I was pleasantly surprised. The owner, Allen, was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were also very enthusiastic. Knowing that some of us are vegetarians and some cannot drink milk, we very considerately helped prepare vegetables, juice, cereal and other breakfast ingredients.During the few days we stayed here, the weather changed drastically. The staff gave us a lot of suggestions. In the end, we were lucky enough to see both the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji! With their help during this trip, we really had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun!

This is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and the pros are as follows:1. The house is full of design, and there are many furniture and appliances that I want to take home 😂2. The house is very neat and spotless.3. Allen and his team are very nice. Since we are not driving by ourselves, one of his male employees is very nice (sorry for not getting his name) and takes us to the supermarket and waits for us to finish shopping before taking us back to the hotel. When we checked out, Allen came to pick us up personally and took us to the express bus station (it was originally a 24-minute walk). At first, I was worried about booking this accommodation because I didn't have a car. But in the end, I didn't have to worry at all. It was actually within ten minutes' walk to the supermarket. I also walked to the Red Fuji-no-Yu Hot Spring and watched the swans by the lake.4. The view in front of the house is very good and it is a good place to relax.5. The bbq equipment is very good. We had barbecue both nights and it was very satisfying. Don't worry even if it rains.6. There are different housing options, each with its own characteristics. I hope to try A frame next time.7. Allen said that he has purchased a bicycle and hopes to use it next time he comes back.The following are some suggestions: 1. Provide more rags for washing dishes, 2. It would be more convenient if there is a mirror on the table for girls to put on makeup

Such a beautiful place to stay. You can see a lot of thought and effort went into designing and styling the house. Allen, Shiho and their team are the best hosts you can imagine. Cannot recommend this place more.

The best Airbnb experience that I have had. Top notch host with great local recommendations; facilities that are beautiful, stylish, luxurious and comfortable; and an excellent location in the woods but a short drive into town. Definitely recommend!
