I stayed here for 3 nights in April. In conclusion, there are some bad points, but the good points far outweigh the good points, so choosing this inn was a great decision!Below, I will break down the bad and good points, so please use them as a reference when choosing an accommodation (^^)/[Not good points]●Hot springs. It is a circulating system rather than a direct source. I think it's normal for hot water to constantly flow into the bathtub even in a circulating type bathtub, but in this case, there was no water flowing from anywhere, neither the indoor bath nor the outdoor bath, and it was just pooling. (I wonder if it's pouring down from under my feet, where I can't see it?) So I walked in, imagining that it had been piling up since the morning. The washing area has 4 seats. The bathtub was also small, so there was a natural behavior among the customers that one person would come in and the other person would leave. It has an open-air atmosphere. What's strange is that both the indoor and outdoor baths are shallow for some reason. You won't be able to soak up to your shoulders unless you lie down a little. It was difficult to be considerate of each other, so my husband and I only used it once out of 3 nights. It's an alkaline simple spring with a pH of around 8.0, so it's not a therapeutic spring, and I would have been more comfortable in a large room bath. lol●The grounds are spacious and you can enjoy a walk, but we encountered three snakes on the asphalt road. One of them is so large that it's more than 10cm in diameter, so it's fine for humans, but if you're bringing a dog with you, you might want to be careful.●Meals were buffet both morning and evening, but if you can make a reservation, it would be wiser to choose Teppanyaki. The taste of the buffet was not good, and for breakfast, only 3 items had changed from the previous day (for example, salt-grilled mackerel → salt-grilled trout / granola → corn flakes). Then, on the third day, the menu returns to the menu from the first day, so those staying multiple nights may get bored.(I made a reservation through A〇da, but it didn't say that the meal was buffet or teppanyaki, so I was disappointed because I made the reservation without knowing that. I couldn't change it on-site.Meal Since the content greatly affects the quality of the trip, I would like you to write it in detail on the reservation site...)●The amenities in the room were probably the same as the cheaper hotels in Fuji Premium Resort, but the quality was poorer than in accommodations near Saiko that cost 10,000 yen. We recommend that you bring your own.●Check-in reception was difficult to understand. All check-ins at Fuji Premium Resort appear to be at the same location. It's a bit of a hassle to park your car in front of the entrance, go through the formalities, and then drive back to Forest Village.[Good points]●The environment is the best! Perfect for relaxing and spending time. In particular, the terrace with a table set outside the room was wonderful with a pleasant forest air. This time, I visited all of the Fuji Five Lakes and looked at various lodgings along the lakeshore, but personally I felt that there was no hotel better than this one. Since you can explore the lake during the day, we also recommend exploring the forest at night!●This inn welcomes dogs, so you can meet cute dogs on the premises. For those who love animals, it can be soothing in that sense. As I was being petted, my happy hormones were flowing.●Although it was a room for two people, it was spacious enough and we had pajamas and bathrobes so we could relax. And best of all, the bath in the room is spacious and open! It was a little inconvenient that it was far from the shower, but it was so nice that I didn't even need to go to the hot springs because the bath felt so good.I saw a comment somewhere from a staff member saying, ``The bath in the room is also very comfortable,'' and I was convinced that it was true. However, if that's what you're saying, I wish they would have at least stocked bath salts (Nowadays, even business hotels that cost a few thousand yen stock bath salts. The hotel I stayed at in Saiko also had them. )●The foreign cleaning staff were very nice (Japanese staff at the reception desk was so nice)●The nearby Fuji Subaru Land is very empty, but it's a little-known spot that both adults and children can enjoy. Especially if you like dogs, try booking a one-owner experience! (If you live nearby, this is probably a facility you might visit every day.)
