Visited for a day trip to the hot springs during opening hours on the last day of the October 3-day holiday. Training facility? -like appearance and simple entrance. I guess the concept is that it doesn't look like a traditional hot spring. Although the staff is young, they are polite. We used the bedrock bath and rental towels. You will be given a wristband, which you can use to eat and drink inside the facility, as well as unlock and lock changing room lockers. Payment is made in one lump sum when you leave. current system. The 2nd floor is a changing room and bathhouse, and the 3rd floor is a bedrock bath. The bedrock bath was empty and I was able to relax. Overall, the facility is new and you can enjoy three types of rock baths and cold air baths. There are variations of indoor baths and open-air baths. Probably because it's a holiday, there are many families with children.

I use it several times a year. When I went there the other day, there was a mistake at the reception and I was charged an incorrect bill at checkout, so I pointed it out, but there was no apology whatsoever.I was surprised because I used to be very impressed with customer service. The change has been so great that it seems like the management has changed to a different company.I will refrain from using it in the future

The shampoo and body soap are so flimsy that they don't form any bubbles, as if they were diluted with water.Elementary school students are not allowed in paid rest areas, so it is not suitable for families.Of course, infants are not allowed in hot springs. On the other hand, the free space area is not as spacious as it looks in the photo and I feel uncomfortable. There is also a Yogibo, but it is occupied by other customers and I don't think I can use it.
