Best hotel I have stayed at. The service was top notch. We had a room with tatami floors and an open air bath and we enjoyed our stay. The room had a view of Lake Kawaguchiko and it was beautiful. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and assisted with our luggages to our room. Dinner and breakfast were included. We had 4 courses for dinner served in our room and it was amazing. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the station. Would love to stay here again next time we're in Kawaguchiko!

Was trying to book a ryokan-style stay after hiking Mt Fuji, and glad that I managed to get a room here! The staff were very helpful and accommodating even though my booking was last-minute. Really appreciated how they helped me hold my luggage for one day prior to check-in and fulfilled my request for a mountain-view room. Special shoutout to the tall male staff, who speaks English, who was very helpful with my many requests throughout my short stay.Impressively spacious rooms, great Kaiseki meals, and very nice onsen. Would love to come back and try the rooftop onsen next time (was under renovation while I was there)

This hotel will always hold a special place in my heart. Shout-out to Sayaka for making it even more special! We were lucky to have a spacious Japanese style room with futon beds and a view to the lake. The food was very tasty and varied and even though we had no idea what we were eating most of the time, we enjoyed it immensely. It's very worth it to add the dinner to the reservation. The private outdoor bath was lovely, too and super relaxing. The view to Fuji-san from the back of the hotel is pretty cool but you get amazing views in the area anyway. We will stay here again for sure.

Exceptional service with tranquil onsens for you to relax in. This is a great location for easy access to Lake Kawaguchiko and a store within a 1 minute walking distance. The food for both breakfast and dinner is an incredible experience, and every serving brings a unique spin. We had everything from sushi, to tempura, to Wagyu beef and ramen, to some more obscure dishes that are great for trying completely new things from some excellent chefs.
