This is my first time staying in this hotel. Except for the small bathroom, everything else is really good. When checking in, you can choose a hot spring bath room during the time. You can choose one room for each of the two nights. It has everything you need, which makes up for the problem of the small bathroom and difficulty in taking a shower. Recommended You must take a bath, and the breakfast part is also very delicious. I felt like I was in a high-end restaurant early in the morning. I stayed for two consecutive days. I was originally worried that the breakfast would be the same, but the hotel was very thoughtful and helped us change the meal. I feel the love of the hotel at this point, but the sky is not beautiful and I can only see a little bit of Mount Fuji. I will visit again next time I have the opportunity❤️

Good hotel with incredible views of Mount Fuji. The French dinner with the food/wine pairing is very good, French speaking! Special mention to the region's sparkling blue wine, a good discovery. Small private onsen in the room and large semi-private onsens in the basement to reserve.The staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to make you smile.Thank you so much.

The sparkling Koume wine was delicious. So much so that I regret not buying it in a bottle.The young woman who served us at dinner was pleasant and made me feel relaxed.However, the customer service staff at check-in and check-outI can't accept it. I feel like there was something wrong with me. The older staff didn't suit me.Anyway, the wine was delicious.

Fuji trip, decided to stay at Lake Kawaguchi for three days and two nightsDeparting from Ueno, originally scheduled to depart from ShinjukuTake the express bus to the Lake Kawaguchi Nature MuseumHowever, there are not many direct flights to Lake Kawaguchi Natural Life Museum.I didn’t book a bus ticket in advanceAs a result, we took the railway instead and arrived at Kawaguchiko Station.It will take more than an hour longer than the highway bus.Back to the hotel part European architectural styleThe interior design is simple, the space is large and quite comfortableEquipped with private hot spring bath and sauna room designMore comfort than ordinary bathroomsYou can also reserve a larger hot spring bathHighly recommended when booking a roomBook breakfast and dinner at the same timeThe menus on both days are different.Every dish is exquisite and deliciousThe staff's service is also very considerateOverall, it is of fine dining level.The biggest selling point of the restaurant is of course the view of Mount FujiEspecially the breakfast time is really unforgettableIf you stay in Lake Kawaguchi again in the future,I will consider this place first

It's a perfect location if you plan to stay in Kawaguchiko area. The staff are very polite and they will offer you onsen for free during upon checking in. The room is very spacious and clean, they also have a bike rental for 500 yen per day.

I used it for lunch on a tour with Club Tourism's Mitooka Design Bus.The menu was set. main《Duck confit》Unfortunately, the seasoning was quite strong.•••They baked French bread and served it to us. It was very delicious😋🍴💕
