I visited because it was in a catalog gift, but honestly I regret that I should have gone for something else. The staff was in a Showa era style and I couldn't calm down. Do you like the person you like? On the contrary, the front desk was unfriendly 💦The room seemed to have been cleaned, but there was a dead insect right next to the bath towel. A questionnaire written by a previous guest was left on the table. I pulled back a little.Above all, the toilet in the room was small, dark and scary. The walls and ceiling were completely stained with tar, and the floor felt dirty. Personally, I really don't like this toilet, and I don't want to go there again just because of this. sorry. The important hot springs were good, but I'm disappointed in the level of public bathing😢Even though it says that mixed bathing is prohibited for children over 7 years old, there was clearly a large boy being taken to the women's bath by his mother. I hadn't taken off my clothes yet, so I ran back to my room. It might be safer to wait until midnight before entering the women's bath. In fact, I think people with girls or young women should avoid it. It's really Showa. Looking at the customer base, I felt that they were people who loved the good old days. The dinner was okay, but the service level was low, as the staff didn't even open the wine cork and didn't understand the wine when asked.I enjoyed the breakfast with many varieties. The grilled fish was delicious.Lastly, something that really bothers me is that it seems like it's not allowed to bring in anything and there are even penalties. Is this also a Showa rule? I don't understand what that means.

The head chef and staff serve the ingredients with sincerity.Anyway, I was very satisfied with the meal. The amount of dinner was just right and the taste was very delicious. At most hotels, the portions are so large that you won't be able to finish them all, but the portions at Keizan were just the right amount to satisfy without leaving you full. I personally don't think I'm a picky eater. For those who need more, it may be a little small. The breakfast buffet was simply the best. The variety of items and the taste were outstanding. There was a partition on the table, and we had our own space, which gave us a sense of freedom.

I did not feel that the customer service was bad, as mentioned in other reviews. The unit bath in the room gave a sense of history.I didn't get a new impression of the facility as a whole, but I think it's well kept. The bath was large and nice. It's just lukewarm, so people who like it hot might not be satisfied with it.The portions of the meals are small, so I think it's not enough for people who eat a lot. Also, the thing that bothered me the most was that I couldn't bring food or drinks into the room. There was a small convenience store next to the front desk, and the system was such that you could only bring in items you bought there. It's a shame because there was a Lawson across the street and I was happy. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety.Overall I was satisfied, but I don't think I'll repeat it.

The bathroom was spacious and well-cleaned. The open-air bath was also spacious and I felt comfortable. At the front desk, I was able to store my luggage immediately and the customer service was great. Breakfast was also good with lots of items. However, dinner was quite disappointing. There are a number of items, but they all last for one or two bites, and there is no tempura. Is there a difference in price? I thought. The chawanmushi was also cold, and even though I ate slowly and had the last cup of tea, it took 30 minutes, and someone nearby came later and left after about 20 minutes even if I ordered alcohol. Isn't it enough for men? It was the amount I thought. Alcohol prices may be unavoidable, but they are expensive. It was the cooked rice that made me feel full. We won't be doing it again, but I hope they will reconsider the menu for the sake of those who are looking forward to it.
