I stayed in a townside room on a weekday.Since it was a weekday before the fall foliage season, I was able to relax and not meet many other customers. In particular, I have been to the hot springs three times in total, and each time I was very lucky to be able to use it for private use.[Good points]• The rice is so delicious and filling! ! They were also flexible in accommodating food allergies.• The large public bath with an open-air bath is very spacious, and I felt that they were particular about the horse oil shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.・The air conditioner and air purifier are reasonably new and quiet.・Maybe it was because it was before the tourist season, but it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep soundly.・Massage chair. I was able to understand my body so well that I couldn't help but cry out.[I would be happy if it were improved]・When I entered the room, I felt a cigarette-like smell. It says no smoking, but the wallpaper and ceiling cloth have been in use for a long time, so the smell may have already soaked in. It may be no good if we don't change from that point on.・One room key. If two people went to take a bath at the same time, the person who returned first had to take the key and leave, so it was necessary to take actions with consideration.・Turning the changing room into a locker. In the changing room, there was a shelf with no lock or anything, and people were supposed to leave their clothes there and take a bath. No matter how much you only need to bring a change of clothes, I felt that it would be nice to be able to rock it as the times change.I've written a lot about this, but I feel like this ryokan is doing everything it can at the moment. Overall, I felt like I was reminded of a school trip, and I was able to relax and have a great time.

Used for fireworks display. The waiter was very kind. The other staff members are also warm and welcoming. Although it is an old inn, it is well-cleaned and feels comfortable. I was worried because it was a room without meals, but it was comfortable.

Really like this hotel! ! ! ! ❤️❤️❤️Not only are there the famous natural beauty hot springs, which will make your skin smooth after soaking in them, there are also indoor and outdoor hot springs with a very nice atmosphere. There is a shop in the lobby on the first floor, where you can buy many local specialties such as horse oil and award-winning chocolates~There are also many historical antiquities in the lobby, which are displayed in various areas of the store for guests to enjoy. It is like a museum. You can spend time to appreciate and browse, which is the added value of staying here. There is also a play area suitable for parents and children. There are some small facilities for children to play next to, while adults can sit on massage chairs and watch TV to take a rest. You can feel the hotel’s history from some of the facilities~But you can also feel the care taken to maintain these facilities ~ you can also feel the very traditional Japanese service. There is also an air purifier in the room, so there is no musty smell, so you can rest assured. The service staff at the hotel are very kind! We were received by two uncles who also helped us move our luggage to the second floor. They greeted us very attentively! One of the uncles saw me walking around alone in the hotel and gave me a small bag of fish feed. He said, "This is for children." You can buy it at the store, and the store sells large bags of feed so that tourists can enjoy the fun of feeding fish! !And the best thing about the hotel is~There are live bellworms living in every corner of the hotel! ! ! !When walking in the hotel, you can hear the bellworms singing together! ! ! 🎵❤️ This is really great! ! ! !It will make people feel like they are in a natural environment ~You can simply come here for a vacation and rest in the hotel every day ~You can recover your body, mind and soul! !I will really come again next time! ! ❤️❤️❤️Thank you for your attentive reception! If you like the Japanese-style garden atmosphere, I really recommend everyone to come! !

We only went to enjoy the place and the baths, the personal were super friendly and the experience was amazing. Very beautiful onsen bath and they let us have a free massage on a massage chair and a free drink. Definitely would stay here if we came back to Japan. Also the gardens are amazing 😍
