I was not a guest of this hotel and I will never be. I rate one star because the staff/owner was rude to my friend and I when we sought a shelter at the hotel entrance on a heavy rain night. He kicked us off and took a video or picture of us while we did not do anything. We understand that hotels have their own regulations, but under such extreme weather conditions, basic human kindness should prevail. This kind of inhospitable behavior has left a very negative impression on us. I don’t trust a hotel with such hostile attitudes to a stranger would take care of its guests.

We stayed 3 nights in this amazing hotel for cycling. The hotel is clean and spacious with nice onsen. The owner is so welcoming and considerate. They gave us bike parking space, extra hangers and even shoe dryers ( because we rode in the rain one day) Will definitely recommend this hotel if you go to fujisan area for cycling!

Above all, the owner is very kind.Everyone at the tourist attractions is friendly, but even more than that, they are friendly, which makes me feel good.Above all, the weather was nice and I could see Mt. Fuji very clearly from my room. The view of Mt. Fuji may vary depending on the weather, but it is the best view if you can see it well. The location is good, the parking lot is spacious, and the room is old but clean. It's good to start your trip with a light, home-cooked breakfast.Baths are available at 0630-0830 or 1500-2300.I highly recommend it

The owner is very friendly, and the location is great for viewing the lake! There is also a free pick-up and drop service from Kawaguchiko Station. Mount Fuji is visible directly from the room. The public hot spring bath was really great. It was a trip with my mom, and she was very satisfied with the hot springs.
