The open-air bath is cold. I'll catch a cold. The food doesn't taste good. The fried food was cold, the sashimi was warm, and the other dishes seemed to be purchased from commercial vendors and served in small portions. I can't say that the cost performance is very good. I will not repeat it.

This hotel is located a 15-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station and has a traditional atmosphere.Everyone at the hotel was very kind and gave me a positive impression. The hot springs are open 24 hours a day and have one indoor bath and one open-air bath. The indoor bath is so warm that it makes you feel hot. On the other hand, the open-air bath is so warm that you can stay in it for a long time. It can be cold on cold nights. We are distributing amenities in front of the souvenir shop. There is no shaving cream, but you can shave with lotion. In the guest room, the TV was installed in the closet. There is also a bathroom, so those who are concerned about menstruation can use that.I liked that the futons were laid out for me from the beginning, and the waitress didn't come in every time.Tea can be made from tea leaves. It was delicious. There are not many outlets, so if you use more than 3 outlets, you will need to take some precautions.Because it was open land, we could clearly see the mountains in the distance. The food was delicious and left me full. The hotou, tempura, and sashimi were perfect. You can feed the carp in the pond. Please try it on your way home.

I was looking for a hot spring where my family of three could relax on the weekend. This was my first visit to Isawa Onsen in over 10 years, and my first time at Hotel Heian. Both dinner and breakfast taste amazing. It was perfect for our needs as we wanted to have a different weekend but didn't want to go far and get tired. This inn and Isawa Onsen were very good, so I plan to come again.

It has a strong Showa feel. There's a stuffed deer in the lobby. The facilities are old, but clean and the staff are friendly. The bath is lukewarm, but it's spacious and comfortable. This may depend on your preference.

New Year holidays. I came here to celebrate her recovery. It was an old hotel, but the room was over 10 tatami mats. The food was luxurious and delicious both in the evening and in the morning. The hot springs were nice, but the water temperature in the open-air baths was so low that it was no good 🙅🆖⤵️It was high season so the price was reasonable. I think it's a good value outside of high season. Yamanashi is good in the cold season

Although the building is old, it was a warm hotel with great hospitality. We stayed for two consecutive nights over the New Year holidays and had a relaxing stay.

Three guys stayed for a relaxing night on December 30th for a year-end party.Although not luxurious, both dinner and breakfast were delicious. There were signs everywhere in Korean and Chinese, but the only customers were ordinary Japanese families. It's a little old, but overall I'm satisfied with how well it works.
