The exterior of the building is a little old-fashioned, but the hotel's rooms, hospitality, meals, hot springs, and views are all perfect. In particular, the hospitality was excellent, and there were many foreign staff who were polite, but for example, when I just told my name at the door, the staff member, without looking at the note, said, ``This is room number XX.The car number is XX.'' Collaborate quickly with staff. I was reminded that this is what hotels are all about.

The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to the cable car. There is a bicycle rental shop next to it. It is beautiful to ride a bicycle around the lake and you can take many beautiful photos along the way. There is an observation deck to see Mount Fuji on the top floor of the hotel, and you can also see Mount Fuji from the restaurant, which is very spectacular. The service staff of the hotel are very friendly and it is very comfortable to stay here.

It was very good. Although it is a long-established hotel, the interior is clean and does not feel old. You can feel the ``hospitality'' attitude in various places, such as the lakeside terrace and Mt. Fuji observation deck.It was a buffet style breakfast and dinner, and all the dishes were delicious. The breakfast croissants were really crispy, and I was also happy that they had French toast. The weather was bad so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji or the starry sky (I was there to take starry sky photos), but I could see Lake Kawaguchi from my room, and just looking at the night view of Lake Kawaguchi was soothing.

I usually use it during relatively off-season.Anyway, it's a nice hotel.Customer service is great. There are so many detailed messages and hospitality that will warm your heart. The buffet taste is also good.At this price, I felt warm and happy. If the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Fuji during the day, the stars at night (compared to Tokyo), and even a small night view reflecting on the lake.

I attended the summer festival Labuscha and arrived in the middle of the night. I was very happy that they responded politely to my phone call that I was going to be late and at the time of check-in.My room was right in front of Lake Kawaguchi, so I couldn't help but go for a walk in the morning. The breakfast buffet also has a satisfying selection. There are views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, both of which were beautiful!Although we were using the shuttle bus on a weekday and we were the only ones on the shuttle bus, we were greeted with many farewells and dropped off at the station.Although it is a long-established store, it was well-maintained and I had a comfortable night's stay without any inconvenience. I would like to use it again when I go to Lake Kawaguchi.Thank you very much for your help!

I stayed in a barrier-free room with an open-air bath overlooking Lake Kawaguchi. The first thing I liked about it was that there was no road between Lake Kawaguchi and the hotel, so it was quiet and comfortable. If we had a family member in a wheelchair, we would need to communicate with them in advance, but they were very considerate and accommodating to meet our special needs even after we arrived. I usually don't use barrier-free rooms because they lower the view and the quality of the room, but that wasn't the case here, and the trip was truly relaxing.``The open-air bath in the room is also a natural hot spring'' and ``a certain level of hotel quality'' were essential requirements for this trip, and they were sufficient. I don't like loud, rude customers, and bad food, so I was debating whether to eat in my room or have a buffet, but due to my family's circumstances, I chose the buffet...I had read the comments here...I was actually really depressed, but... That wasn't the case at all, and it was delicious. The Intercontinental restaurant in Yokohama looked beautiful but tasted terrible, so I think this one is both delicious and cheap. It was expensive to change from the buffet to French before staying, but the prices locally are similar to those in Tokyo, so it might be better to add French dinner later in the morning. I felt that. (If you really want to eat French)I recommend it to all my friends, including those who have family members with disabilities.I would definitely use this place again when I want to take a relaxing soak in a hot spring.

This hotel was everything and more! Breathe takingly gorgeous views. The staff was very well accommodating and so kind. The breakfast was genuinely one of the best experiences! The room itself was so spacious and the wall to wall windows made it so bright and picturesque! We also enjoyed the hot spring baths; however, it's important to note you cannot use the baths with your swimwear on. We weren't aware but a staff member let us know so we exited! Aside from that we had an exceptional experience exploring the nearby areas and trying out a few excursions! Additionally the hotels shuttle service was def an added perk!
