The hotel itself is in good condition, but the soundproofing is a nightmare. The soundproofing environment is so bad that as long as one person moves around, the whole building will make noise. If the next door neighbor decides to chat all night, you don't have to sleep.

It was a cozy and pretty space.I don't tend to stay late at the hotel.I checked out slowly.Kindness and cleanliness are basicsBreakfast is also included in the accommodation price.Coffee and tea are also provided.Various free experiences are also available.(Calligraphy, origami, trying on Japanese clothes, etc.)

Breakfast wasn’t included, but we still got some bread; Dinner wasn’t included, but we still got a traditional shabu shabu experience for very cheap; Activities weren’t included, but we still got to try on kimono’s and paint Japanese calligraphy. Overall great price for their nice tatami mat room and nice staff (which even gave us candy on the way out). Loved the place and will try and stay again!

I had never been to a ryokan and I loved the experience. The person who assisted us (she is an older lady) helped us throughout the entire process and even helped me via chat with certain topics. The room we had had views of Mount Fuji and was a super large and spacious room. You assemble the beds with some instructions and it is super easy. They were very friendly and helpful with the dinner we booked which cost approximately 1.5k yen.You have drink machines, laundry and two floors with bathrooms and showers. You can also wear traditional costumes and take free photos. When we arrived, the lady showed us TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much the hotel and that was appreciated. He explained everything to us.This may be a very personal opinion but the room smelled a lot like tatami... so much so that it gave me anxiety and that is rare for me. BUT THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT, it is something that has happened to me and is TOTALLY NORMAL.Next, it would be advisable to take a look at the spider issue since I saw several in the bathrooms and left that night with a bite. But this is normal because we are in the middle of themountain.WHO COMES HERE KNOWS WHAT THEY COME FOR.

Yes i enjoyed staying there, abit crowded with guests, so the facilities are not the cleanest one. But it is close to perfect, you have your own tatami room, with such good price, I can't complain anything.Love the balcony, is just so cozy and relaxing while having a good natural view and mt Fuji(if you lucky)

Nice place to stay. Stayed one night, walking distance from the bus stop/ train station. Authentic Japanese Inn experience with a hint of staying over at your grandma’s.

You can check in at two o'clock in the afternoon. The host introduced the environment and surroundings in detail. The location is very convenient. It is not far from the supermarket and the lake. The room is also very clean. Everyone was quiet when we checked in that day. The accommodation quality is very good! ! !

We stayed 2 nights at this establishment and we don't regret it at all.Ideally located 5 minutes from the station on foot, typical Japanese accommodation with a room with Japanese futon for the night. The staff is extremely helpful and kindWe tried their shabu-shabu which delighted my taste buds and that of my son.In the end I recommend this establishment.
