Toilet clogged during normal useUnfortunately, there is no shower toilet these days.Even though it was over 35 degrees during the Obon season in the height of summer, the temperature here at night was below 20 degrees, so I crawled into my futon in the morning and slept. When the morning sun came in, the room temperature rose rapidly, and even with the curtains closed and the air conditioner turned on, I couldn't bear it anymore and checked out at 9am. The air conditioner capacity is clearly insufficient for the volume of the room. The curtains of the dome were open, but unfortunately it was a moonlit night so I couldn't see the stars outside, so I wasn't sure if they were really visible from inside. For the barbecue, there is a propane gas grill, so you don't have to worry about starting a fire. Each site has an area with a vinyl tent, and there is a grill and table inside the tent, so even if it rains, you won't get wet. It was hot so we opened the tent curtains and enjoyed the BBQ. The night breeze was pleasant and for some reason, there were no mosquitoes, flies, moths, or other insects. There is no place to wash dishes and ingredients, but cleaning up was easy by simply throwing them away in the trash cans provided at each BBQ site and leaving the borrowed items together without washing them.It would be easier if you could park your own car alongside, but that seems not to be possible and you will have to walk about 50m from the parking lot with your luggage.I enjoyed the BBQ, but is this really glamping? It felt like we had all the facilities ready and you could do whatever you wanted.I felt like there was still a lot to improve on the guest rooms.

Stunning views of Mt Fuji from the bed. Very clean and great glamping experience. My first time glamping. The LED lights are a fun and cute touch. Price is also very reasonable. They went out of their way to make my birthday special by decorating the pod and giving me a small bday cake! Loved it and thank you so much!

I thought it was good that it was close to the bus stop and easy to access even if you didn't have a car. It's right near Mt. Fuji, and the morning view is spectacular.I think it's a very good hotel and the staff are very polite. There is a private barbecue space next to the room. We also have a wide selection of rental items. There is a hot spring about 10 minutes walk from the facility. It's a place where the stars are beautiful, but the lights and lights inside the hotel are so bright that you can't really see the stars unless the lights are turned off late at night.

Super terrible accommodation. It was extremely cold during the first two days of my stay. The air-conditioning heater was broken. After 9 o'clock in the evening, the boss would leave the accommodation area and close the door. It was really like a haunted house at night. I had to use the phone to call. In the past, I couldn't speak English at all. Later, I invited a boy to come over and told us that if the problem was broken, it would be the same in other rooms because it was too cold here? ? ? ?I have never stayed in such a bad accommodation in my life. If you want to try it, you are welcome to go and check it out.

The room was clean. The employees were also kind, and when I called them from my room, they came right away and took care of me.Mt. Fuji was right in front of me, and the view was amazing when I woke up in the morning.

Positives:Location is excellent! The view of Fuji-San is amazing. The glamp-grounds are walkable to a rest stop where you can catch the bus to the main station which has plenty of dining and exploration opportunities. The onsen resort is also walkable and we thoroughly enjoyed that! The BBQ dinners were decent. Large portions! Our first breakfast was a really tasty sandwich. Our second day breakfast was a last minute pickup from 711 - but they included conbini fried chicken so no complaints! The all-you-can-drink add-on was a nice touch. It’s two hours from when you start it and it’s a “help yourself from the coolers” at the guest lobby. We certainly got our money’s worth on that.Room for improvement: I honestly think this place has so much potential, but with a few modifications. Example: washlets/with heated toilet seats would be a real win! But the biggest issue we had with the accommodations was the shower drain. It literally drained into the bathroom/toilet area. We had to stuff towels into the drain/hole, but the bathroom area was still a sloppy water mess. The bed was a bit odd - and not as comfortable as I wanted. That’s a matter of preference, of course. The grills were of a cheaper quality. Additionally, adding a space heater to the porch would be a bonus so guests don’t have to run the gas grill for warmth. The lights, which make the tents look super cool, take away from the stargazing from the dome. Maybe an earlier turn-off for the lights?Service was good. We had a few problems (no hot water, grill was finicky) and it was promptly fixed (even though it required us to switch to a new glamp site). We had a bit of an issue straightening out our food/drink reservation, but it was resolved and we got what we paid for. Still, we had to show our reservation electronic receipt to alert the desk manager that he was not giving us what we paid for. However, it was remedied, so customer service success.Another minor suggestion - include bottles of water in the drink package. There was a vending machine on site, but water in the lobby - even a thermos, would have been nice.Anyhow, we had a lovely time and Fuji-San was truly breathtaking. If you are traveling by train, use a two-way luggage shipping option. Had we not already paid for round trip Yamato luggage transfer, I’m not confident that they would have shipped back for us.

good points・The location is the best・The things you use, such as your bed, are in good condition.bad place・Basic measures such as water leaks and measures against cold weather are not in place.-The eating space is small, cold, and has very poor airflow.
