The hotel was near a wide river. There are many restaurants nearby, and parking is convenient.

Thank you for staying here for consecutive nights. The price per night was cheap compared to other APAs.This is a hotel with free parking, which is a valuable feature in APA (regular cars). The nearest station is Kaisumiyoshi Station, not Kofu Station. This hotel is far from Kofu Station and there are few trains to Kai-Sumiyoshi Station, so this hotel is suitable for those who come by car rather than by train or bus. There is a Lawson in front of the hotel, and a supermarket about 5 minutes by car. It's not a place where there are many things to do, such as eating, drinking, sightseeing, etc., so it would be difficult to do anything on foot. This time I chose a single room, and the room I stayed in was spacious and nice. Although it feels old overall, the facilities including amenities are the same as other APAs, so there is no inconvenience. There are quite a few steps to get to the indoor toilet and unit bath, so please check if you are disabled. There are lights at the entrance of the room, by the bedside, and around the desk, but there are no lights on the ceiling of the room, so the room is dark overall. There are not many electrical outlets in the room, so if you are using a computer or tablet, it would be convenient to have a power strip. If you stay multiple nights and breakfast is included, you will receive a breakfast ticket for the next day at the front desk each time. With other APAs, breakfast coupons for the number of days are automatically issued during automatic check-in, so it is a hassle.I think the restaurant at the breakfast venue has a higher level of taste than the buffet style at business hotels. There are many places like this where you pay 1,300 to 1,500 yen and are disappointed, but this place was delicious. There is only one large public bath, and the system allows men and women to switch places depending on the time of day. The bathhouse was not large, with only one bathtub and about 5 showers, but there was no strange grime floating around, and the changing area was clean and nice. The customer service from the front desk and restaurant staff was good, and the cleaning staff also greeted me, so I thought the hotel had a high level of hospitality overall.Basically, APA is aimed at businessmen, and the concept is a small room where you can sleep, with equipment within reach and a TV. I think this is the reason why there are so many low ratings from families and couples. If you want a comfortable stay in a bright, spacious room with a large bathtub and toilet, we recommend staying at a regular hotel rather than a business hotel.APA gives me peace of mind because I get the same treatment no matter where I go. I think I will use it again when I come to Yamanashi. thank you very much.

Average APA, roomsize small, beds ok, shower ok. Why do most APA's have a step up to the bathroom, it is a tripping hazard! Non inspiring location, kind of dated building. Typical pass through location. Staff were friendly at late arrival

There is a Lawson nearby which is convenient. On the last day of my stay, I realized that the trash can in the guest room, which I thought was black with a gold pattern, was actually a garbage separation sign.

I'm a 60 year old man. I forgot to ask the name of the male staff member who responded to me on the night of September 15th, but these days, as with everything, unlike in the past, there are a lot of people who respond in a cool manner, but he really responded with compassion. Thank you for doing that. it was very helpful. I would definitely like to make a reservation again. It's a good hotel.

I think it's a good hotel considering the price. It's definitely inconvenient that there's only one elevator, but if you act a little early, you won't have any problems at all.I was a little concerned that women were allowed to enter the public bath for a short period of time.Lawson is right in front of the hotel, and Family Mart is about 3 minutes walk away.If you walk for about 10 minutes, you will find Gusto and a ramen shop.Parking lot 2 is difficult to find at night, so it is safer to enter Lawson once. There are some people who are complaining a lot, but you should just spend the money and stay at Dormy Inn.Nowadays, business hotels are becoming more expensive due to inbound tourists, so I think 8,000 yen for a Saturday stay (semi-double breakfast included) is a good deal.

I was satisfied with this compact business hotel. You can also go to a restaurant in 5-10 minutes on foot.

The second floor is also inconvenient because the elevator is mandatory and the stairs cannot be used.

My husband and I stayed in a double non-smoking room, but as soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes (a smell that had accumulated over the years). It seems that the non-smoking rooms were separated by floor, but the wallpaper, ceiling paper, and carpet were probably not changed as they were when it was free.I decided to give up and stay overnight since I didn't expect to find a room available on Saturday. It may not be in all rooms, but those who don't like smoking may need to be prepared for a non-smoking room.No wires to dry towels, closet extremely small, only one chair. It's a shame because I trusted him because it was an apartment.I hope it will be renovated soon.
