It was used a while ago.Overall I had a comfortable stay.But are you selling it? The multi-grill only gets hot on one side, and even if you try hard with only one side getting hot, an error will occur soon and the power will turn off. So, when I inquired, they asked me to wait while I contacted the management company. I waited and waited, but there was no contact, so I contacted them many times. So, when I asked for details, the management company was not nearby and could not help me with anything, and there was no response from the management company at all. If you can't respond, I think you should stop responding in a way that sets expectations. In the end, please use a frying pan since you have an IH tabletop stove. and. So, when it came time to use it, the living room and the deck had the same power system, so as soon as I used the tabletop stove, the breaker tripped, leaving the living room and deck completely dark.Although I made several inquiries, I couldn't get a clear answer, and I just ate my meal in agony, so I didn't remember much about the taste.If the check-in is unmanned and there is no system in place to deal with emergencies, I think it would be a good idea for guests to deal with the situation themselves, for example by keeping a spare in the warehouse. Since it's unmanned in the first place, I think it would be a good idea to do more basic things like inspecting the equipment. The table on the deck was in tatters as if it had melted due to the heat, and the parasol was broken and wouldn't open properly.It might be a small thing, but I went there with high expectations, so I was a little concerned about it.

This villa offers a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Yamanaka. It is in a great location where you can walk to Hirano Beach in 1 minute. I used it on weekdays with check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10am the next day. At first it was about 150,000 yen, but a week ago I got it down to 100,000 yen, and two days before that I was able to get a discount of about 30,000 yen with a "last minute discount." The total price is for one room, so if you divide it for the number of people, I think the price per person will be quite good.We use room type 105, and if you go out from the living room to the balcony, you can easily see Mt. Fuji. (Probably the most popular building is the one along the 101.102 road, where you can probably see Mt. Fuji from the living room.The facilities inside the building are like a detached house, which really gets you excited.It is a two-story building, with a living and dining room on the first floor and a dining room on the second floor. There are 2 bedrooms, 4 double beds and 1 loft.The room with a loft also has Aladdin (projected on the wall)!It is large enough for one person to sleep in.The bath is also a jacuzzi type.One thing to keep in mind in the living room is that there are two electrical plates, and if two of them are activated, the breaker will trip. If you want to enjoy barbecue style, you will need to prepare ``oil, grilled meat sauce, salt and pepper,'' etc. (The Ogino Yamanakako store is nearby (about 10 minutes by car), so you can prepare it on the day. You can also go to 7-Eleven by car. (It's about 3 minutes in) There are no outlets around the TV, so it would be difficult to project on, for example, the Switch. I think we have enough variety of anime items. The building is close to the next door, so you may have to worry about some noise. Also, the parking space is quite small (especially 105).Recommended for family trips and friends.

The villa location is great but there is no Mt Fuji view from villa 104. Remember to book Villa 101 / 102 if you want to have Mt Fuji view from villa. The villa is not so clean as i still can see dust / hair around the villa. Overall I'm fine with this villa due to its great location.

After Kobuchizawa and Nikko, Lake Yamanaka is the third place I've stayed with my dog at Rakuten STAY. In comparison...・Parking lot is small.No. 103, where I stayed, requires you to enter in reverse and be considerate of No. 104, so it is difficult to park cars over 5 meters long and 1.9 meters wide.・Privacy measures from other buildings are not good.It is clearly worse than Kobuchizawa and Nikko.Is this all due to the narrow space?The structure is a little narrower, so the wall-mounted TV is smaller than the two STAYs above.The bus said, ``Do not use bath salts.'' Be careful.Other than that, there is no big difference from other STAYs.Once again, the room is spacious, has a 75-inch wall-mounted TV, and has a hot spring bath.It is recommended for staying in Nikko's D Building with your dog.

Great stay at this villa after saw so many good reviews. We stay at room 102 which have a fantastic view of the lake & Mt Fuji . You can brought your own food and purchase the food at the super market at Selva . The villa provide all the kitchen utensils that you need. We have the hot plate BBQ for our dinner . Date : 1st Apr 2024. Go to the nearby lake where you can meet the swan 🦢
