The room is large. Yatsugatake can be seen from all rooms. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day so I couldn't see the starry sky, but there was an original planetarium to see, and the content there was really good, so it was a hotel I would like to return to. There seems to be a plan that allows you to go to a nearby observatory in the middle of the night (6,000 yen per person, advance reservation required) for a limited time, but since there is a fee, the explanation is very detailed. I decided not to go because I have small children since it only lasts until 11pm, but I felt like anyone who likes photography would definitely want to participate.I chose Western food, but I guess there aren't many courses. However, the amount of meat was so large that I was full. homemade? The vegetable salad bar was also really good. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy the dressing. Next time, I would like to try a Japanese course full of vegetables. The children's dinner was also luxurious, and even my picky eater finished it in an instant. The customer service was very attentive and there seemed to be a lot of repeat customers, but the same was true the last time I stayed, and I felt that the hospitality given at this time and at this price was a perfect score of 100. The hotel is surrounded by ranches, waterfalls, and the highest point on the railway, so it seemed like it would be a great place to visit with children or alone. Although the bath was not a hot spring, it was quite spacious and warmed my body.

I used it to see the starry sky, but unfortunately due to the bad weather I couldn't see the starry sky.It can't be helped since I'm dealing with nature, but I'm giving it 4 stars in hopes that there will be a little more service for when I can't see it.All the staff provided excellent service and made my stay comfortable.Since I was using the train, the free shuttle service was very helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying. The public bath was also very nice, so I'd be happy if I could stay there in the morning. It was also nice that the in-house wear was Samue. The room was also clean and I felt safe.I also enjoyed being able to watch the trains from my room.I would like to use it again if there is a way to enjoy it on days when I can't observe the starry sky.

I come to Nobeyama once a year to look at the starry sky.I usually use Daiwa Roynet in Kai Oizumi, but this time I used Grace Hotel for the first time. The hospitality of the employees was excellent, and although the hotel itself is old, it was well kept and I felt comfortable. The morning buffet was delicious and included plenty of vegetables grown in Nobeyama.Unfortunately, it was cloudy this time and I couldn't see the stars.

Was it crowded or was the check-in late?Because I didn't request it when I made the reservation...I don't know!! ︎Dinner time was late and it was automatically my second time to participate in stargazing. This is a normal occurrence...Even though the food is served as a course, it is very slow...It's called a salad bar in name only, and if you say there's no lettuce, only a handful will be added. lolI didn't want to have to say it every time, so I gave up.I guess the reason why I'm more concerned about the slowness of food delivery...And although it was towards the end of summer, the venue was hot...There are a lot of people on the menu.In the meantime, one more item!! ︎Dessert!! ︎WhenIt's time to gather for the starry sky viewing party.I gave up on dessert and hurried to join the stargazing party. The taste of the food is absolutely delicious.Customer service is also friendly and welcoming.Unfortunately, due to the delay in service, stargazing, which was recommended by the hotel, started in a hurry. It was raining, so I was able to make it in time because the explanation was held indoors, but if I go out and lie down, I'm vulnerable to insects...I wanted to change into long sleeves and long pants and sneakers, so I'm scared to think that I wouldn't have made it in time if it had been sunny😱

I stayed here because I wanted to see the starry sky.Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and we were unable to do a stargazing session. However, we had a homemade planetarium viewing party indoors, and we were able to hear lots of fun and interesting stories about constellations, the galaxy, and planets. I really wanted to see a 360° starry sky someday. All the staff were warm and I had a pleasant time.

I heard that there was going to be a stargazing event at the hotel's exclusive ground, so I went there with high expectations, but unfortunately the weather was bad. The observation session was canceled and a planetarium viewing session was held inside the museum. The planetarium wasn't bad either, but I had been looking forward to it for several months, planning to lie on the grass and look at the starry sky, so I was very disappointed that it didn't happen.Around 3:00 when the moon sets, and around 4:00 before dawn, I set an alarm and woke up thinking that I might be able to see a few stars between the clouds, but it was so foggy that I couldn't even see the cars in the parking lot. .If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Yatsugatake from your room, and at night you can see the beautiful starry sky at this hotel with a spectacular view, but if the weather is bad, it's all Ojan. It simply becomes an expensive resort hotel. The saving grace was that the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. On the way back on HIGH RAIL 1375, the weather was clear and we were able to enjoy a spectacular view.I'm glad I was able to enjoy it just for that.●About the hotelGood points・There was a shuttle service from Nobeyama Station to the hotel.・The driver and the hotel staff were very nice.・The information and response from the front desk staff was good.

Stayed for one night with breakfast included on September 2024.The facilities are old, but they are clean. There was also a welcome drink. The rooms are fully air conditioned and can be cooled.Yatsugatake can be seen from all rooms. The employees were also very nice and kind. There is a stargazing event (free of charge), and if it's sunny, we go to a special ground and watch the starry sky, but on that day it was cloudy and we could barely see the stars, so we ended up watching the video indoors. The public bath is open from 15:00 to 23:00.Not available in the morning.Breakfast is buffet style.7:00~08:30 (09:00 Close)Exchange tickets for Kiyosato Terrace lift tickets are on sale at a 200 yen discount, and even if you purchase them on the day you go to Kiyosato Terrace, they will still be treated as advance purchases.Since the tickets are treated as pre-purchased tickets, you will be given priority in exchanging tickets over those who purchase same-day tickets on-site, which may be a good idea when it is crowded. You can buy it a little cheaper online, but I'm sure you can buy it the day before. If you don't care about the weather, you may be able to purchase online.I was able to stay a little cheaper using a coupon, but I would appreciate it if the price for a room without meals and breakfast could be a little more reasonable.

I made a reservation hoping to see a beautiful starry sky, but unfortunately the sky was so dark that I couldn't see it at all.I want to get revenge someday. The highest point of JR, the National Astronomical Observatory, the soft serve ice cream at Nobeyama Station, and the surrounding environment are wonderful. The negative point is that I can't take a bath in the morning. The rooms also looked like an old inn.The breakfast buffet was comparable to a business hotel. I think it's a hotel that can be said to be all about the starry sky.

Although the facilities are old, they are clean, the customer service from the employees is generally good (mostly very good), and the food is delicious. However, when I went to the public bath, which opens at 6 a.m., at 6:10, the lights were turned off on every floor and it was lukewarm when I entered, and the sauna was also turned off and remained cold. The bath seemed to have started heating around 6:20, and it was starting to get warm from the edges...Furthermore, when I ordered a bottle of wine for dinner, it was left unopened on the table while I went to the salad bar, and it was a screw cap, which was surprising. Also, I got a 2 star because I was disappointed by the restaurant-like behavior, such as stacking the plates on the table with a clatter when putting them down. It's a waste because everything else is good. The employees who came to the restaurant in the second half were very polite, so I understand that it was a problem of individual customer service skills, but I think the employees in the first half were really terrible, including the details that I won't write about here. Now we're over 50,000 yen, and we won't be visiting again.

I stayed here because I wanted to see a sky full of stars, but unfortunately it was cloudy so I couldn't see a sky full of stars. However, the explanation given by the person guiding us through the starry sky was very easy to understand, and even though we couldn't see much, he was kind and fun talking to us. The food was delicious and I was surprised at how tender the steak was! In terms of quantity, I, who am in my 50s, could eat it all, so it may not be enough for younger people. The rooms were kept clean and very comfortable, and everyone, including the front desk staff, was kind and smiling. It was a hotel full of hospitality. The summer resort! It was a very cool trip that made me forget the summer heat.
