The rooms are a little old, but clean, the service is excellent, they take you to the station for free in the morning. The view is magnificent. The price is 5 times lower than the closest ones with this view.

It's an old-style hotel, and the overall equipment is relatively old.It is quite far from the old street, so it is inconvenient to have no alternative bicycles or scooters.The reception is in Chinese and Japanese, friendly and warm.The room type is average, with separate toilet and shower room.The balcony is a great place to enjoy the scenery. You can see Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. I like it very much.The large bathhouse is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. It's a pity that you can't directly see the scenery from the outer pool.You can reserve a shuttle bus to the station in the morning

Fuji from the bath 😭I was worried because I saw a lot of foreigners posting that they didn't have good manners, but it was quiet and they didn't fight at all 😳The buffet meal was just average...

I stayed in a room with a terrace on the 6th floor.You can see Mt. Fuji in front of your eyes, and the location was very good.There is no hair dryer in the roomThe only amenities are a toothbrushing set.Only one hair dryer in the public bathThe refrigerator in the room doesn't get cold at allThere seemed to be a family with small children in the room next door, so the footsteps were quite noisy and voices were loud even early in the morning, which was disappointing.

It was my first time staying at a hotel in Lake Kawaguchi.When the clouds were clear, Mt. Fuji was clearly visible, and it was a nice hotel with a great view of Lake Kawaguchi.

You can see Mount Fuji from the room🗻There are souvenirs on the first floor, and there is a hot spring on the fifth floor♨️You can soak in the open air while looking at the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji. There is a bus stop nearby which is very convenient.

Checked in on 2024-08-17, the location is very good to see Mount Fuji, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, maybe it is an old hotel, the cleaning is not accurate, the curtains and extra bed are obviously dirty, the glass is quite dirty, I feel uncomfortable when I sleep.

2024/08/04 Stayed at the travel agency’s hotel for one night. It's a very old hotel, but the location and the view are pretty good, which should be the only advantage of this hotel. Because the equipment in the room is old, the cleaning is not reliable, and the outdoor hot spring is also very dirty, so you can only use the indoor hot spring. Many group guests stayed in this room during their stay.

Room was old. The toilet in our room had a bad sewage smell. They also use a traditional key instead of hotel cards. The sofa in our room was badly damaged. The location is very remote, you have to walk 30 mins to the nearest convenience store. But, you can see Mount Fuji from here. Breakfast and dinner spread was quite limited. When we asked for extra pillows, the staff said "no" and hanged up. Very rude. Their in house onsen was okay. There was a bit of discolouration on the floor tiles though.

I stayed for two nights on a weekday. I gave it 4 stars because I could see Mt. Fuji all the time and it was beautiful. If I couldn't see it for a long time, I would give it 3 stars, but if it was a day full of groups, I might give it 1 star. 70% of the participants were Japanese, half of the foreigners were of European and American descent, half of them were of Asian descent, and 70% to 80% of them were of Chinese descent.Although there was a quiet group, the voices were generally loud. South Asian and Southeast Asian people had good manners. I took a bath an hour before breakfast and 4 to 5 p.m., and there were only 0 or 1 other guests, so I had almost a private view of Mt. Fuji, so I had no complaints.

A lawless hotel that prioritizes foreign groupsIt is not suitable for Japanese people who want to spend a quiet time.A group of elementary school students (no adults) entering the bathroom in slippers, making strange noises, pouring hot water on each other in the bathtub, diving, and swimming took over the communal washbasin without using the changing basket, throwing yukatas and used underwear. However, it seems like they don't know how to take a bath, let alone etiquette, so I contacted the front desk, but looking at the reviews, it seems like this has been the case for 7 years, so they don't seem to want to do anything about it.I thought I'd be able to choose what I wanted from the buffet, but I was guided to the same place at the same time as a group of children who were talking loudly, eating and drinking next to each other, and walking around with large backpacks on their backs. will be done.They put back the tongs they dropped, they put free drinks in their water bottles, they take cakes with their hands, and the adults accompanying them are also doing the same thing, so it's a lawless area.I took a room with a terrace, but is there a terrace? It was just a balcony of an old apartment building, and even though the entire building is non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes wafted into the room from the terrace next door or nearby...and the wind blew the cigarette debris, so I couldn't go out onto the terrace.The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath is really nice, but the indoor bath has been turned into a pool for group guests, and the plants outside are withered and covered in weeds.The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people to get stuck in it, and half of them are inside an obscure hut, so they can't see Mt. Fuji.There were so many other things going on that it was too bad, so I reported it to the travel agency, but I was surprised to hear so many false replies, such as things like they were coordinating with groups. The apology was only given through the travel agency. I think that the management has been like this for many years and prioritizes foreign group customers.I may have been at fault for not researching the hotel properly, prioritizing the view of Mt. Fuji, but this is the first time in my life that I have felt so uncomfortable at a hotel, and I am once again keenly aware that the quality is not as good as the price.Please be careful.

Take a bath and look at Mount Fuji🗻When you open the window in the room, you can see Mount Fuji🗻Dinner comes with additional price🦀🦀All you can eatThe room has 2 single beds and the space is ok➕One bed is enough space. There is a lakeside restaurant opposite (the food is very good) and you can take a walk along Lake Kawaguchi🚶♀️Super recommendedThere are fairy sticks at the door (the service staff will also bring buckets out to prepare them). The supermarket at the rest stop sells fairy sticks.
