The room is clean and nice, but the desk staff's attitude is very bad and I'm disappointed. Please smile and interact with customers in the Japanese style. Training is required.

The onsen experience is not too bad for my first attempt. The food is well-prepared and quite tasty. If I would like to leave specific comment, I would say the grilled fishes during breakfast was a bit dry, the fried bread (looks like Chinese "you tiao" totally no oiliness -- perhaps to make it healthier.

Nice view, good facilities - quite small. Food was mass processed and not well organized. Otherwise it still has a good onsen area.

Wow!! What a hotel it was !The staff was super courteous and very spacious. We took Mt. Fuji view room and it was worth every penny. That day it was raining a bit but still we were able to view fuji from our room. !!Also there is a free shuttle service from the bus station (kawaguchi), which was very helpful for us as we were carrying luggage and babyAlso they provide free rental yukata which is great experience
