I used it for a day trip bath. The inside of the hotel was very clean and tasteful. The main hot spring had a lot of water and I was able to soak in it comfortably. It was a wonderful hot spring that kept your body warm for a while after you got up.Another appeal is that it's not crowded like super public baths.

There are similar reviews from other people, but when I called before staying, the man who answered the call didn't have a good attitude, so I was nervous before I went. The woman at the reception (landlady?) was friendly, and the employees I met inside the building greeted me cheerfully, alleviating my concerns about customer service. The interior of the hotel and the guest rooms are noticeably old, but it is tolerable, and the garden that can be seen from the guest rooms has an open and comfortable feel. However, the drain in the bathroom in the guest room was clogged, and water pooled at my feet as soon as I turned on the shower, making it almost unusable. We were able to stay for about 10,000 yen per person, probably because it was a weekday during the off-season before the fall foliage, but we felt that the original price (3 times) that was displayed on the website was too expensive.

This is a calm hot spring inn located in the back of Yumura Onsen town with a Japanese garden in the courtyard. I took a bus from Kofu Station and walked for about 10 minutes from the bus stop. There is no shuttle bus, so it is inconvenient if you do not have your own car. I was satisfied with the facility as the room and bathroom were clean. I highly recommend the staff's courteous service. There were so many different types of food that I couldn't finish it all. Among them, the shabu-shabu hotpot made with wine stock was exquisite, and my husband and I scooped up every last drop of the hotpot and drank it all. It's an unforgettable taste.

The food was average. The room was old and had a musty smell. The hot spring was small. The open-air bath was small. The staff were good, but the receptionist's attitude was arrogant.I will not stay at this hotel again.

It's a wonderful inn. I won't mention it because I don't want to advertise, but it was about 7,000 yen and included two meals, and the meal was luxurious.

I don't really criticize people...😩As expected, if you're at an inn, do it right! ! I would like to say that!😮‍💨It was also written in the reviews that they had bad feelings about the day trip hot spring, and I feel the same way!I had reserved a private bath. When I went there, they didn't have any reservations and the service was neglected! I'm going to prepare it now, so it will take 2 hours, and if you do anything, I'll make it free, so this time, I want you to take a normal open-air bath with other people...Why, privately? I explained that it was a bath. My husband has an incurable disease and is on steroids, which makes him susceptible to infections! 😷 That's why when we go to the hot springs ♨, we use private baths! Even when we talked about it, they didn't respond well and prioritized guests staying at the hotel. did! ! Still, I wanted to take a private bath, and it's local and it's close to my house 🏡, so I have something to do, so I'll go back home and come in two hours... After that, I'm still preparing things, but it's going to be a while, so I'll wait. I didn't even tell my husband what that meant! In the end, I put it in, so I just wanted to see him happy🥹The water was a little lukewarm, There was nothing to say. Still, I paid for the hot spring ♨, but I just wanted to say something, so I asked if the manager was there, and she said she wasn't there, so I won't be coming to this inn anymore! ! That's what I thought! The manager had asked me several times to use the day trip hot spring ♨, but the employees are refusing to do so! I think it would be better to retrain them on customer service. I will 🤦🙎

Traditional and luxuriousBeautiful views of the courtyard from the entrance hall and from the roomshot springOdorless and transparentMold is noticeable on the shampoo etc.dinnerSatisfied amountIs the salmon Kai salmon? deliciousThe freshly made grilled food, chawanmushi, and tempura are delicious, but I wish they were served first. It would be a shame if it was served at the end of the cooking process.Dessert and bamboo shoot rice were also delicious.I didn't need the special beef steak.Serving foodI would like foreign staff to instruct me in serving meals.Don't put your fingers in the bowlDo not move other plates away with your wrist when serving.Avoid clinking dessert spoons onto plates, etc.It was like being in a restaurant in the Philippines.I would like an explanation of what is cooked at the table.I didn't know it was a shabu-shabu pot, and when I opened the lid, the oil was just boiling.I didn't know when the bamboo shoot rice would be cooked.breakfastHoto is deliciousI wanted to eat freshly grilled salmon.grape juice is deliciousI wanted to drink coffeeroomThe room and bath are dirty compared to other rooms.full of moldThe toilet smells like urine stonesIf you hire foreign staffRoom baths and toilets should be thoroughly cleaned. The uncleanliness of the food service and water area is a waste. These two points make the evaluation not worth the price.

If you like hot springs, you probably know why I didn't put a ⭐ on the guest room, but 😀 What! You can take a day trip 🛀 to take a bath! Private baths and open-air baths are also available for about 5,000 yen, and you can make a reservation by phone. ✨I think the customer service is friendly and good 😊After all, the young man at Yanagiya is an active lawyer! ! I think the two-legged straw sandals are amazing 👍 The open-air bath for day trips is also amazing and beautiful ✨ It's a bath made of cypress. It can accommodate about 4 people, but the most amazing thing is the outdoor open-air bath. 🚪Open the door and walk more than 10 steps to reach the bath 🛀!However, with small children. If you are going to take a bath, please be careful as the bathtub is deep.

It seems to be a long-established inn with quite a long history, and some parts of the building feel old, but it has been renovated and the open-air bath, unit bath, heated toilet seat, etc. in the room are new and clean. The room was also clean and comfortable. There's no view, but you can see the garden, so it's okay. The ladies serving customers were also bright, energetic and likable. However, the food was mediocre. It's not bad, but it's not particularly delicious either. Unfortunately, the rice in the kamameshi stuck to the pot and was difficult to remove. The rest was bland overall.Another guest's child was screaming loudly early in the morning, and I woke up to the sound of flies. This is also unfortunate. However, the open-air bath attached to the room was comfortable, so I gave it a 4 star rating.
