The rooms are clean and spacious, with great views, and the food is delicious. The rice from Yamanashi Prefecture for dinner was very delicious.The quality of the hot spring water in the bath was very good and there was also a sauna, so I was satisfied.Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of choices, including Shingen mochi. There are no dissatisfied elements at all.There is a vending machine for alcohol inside the building, but it costs 350 yen.The staff was very responsive and we had a great time.

First of all, the phone support when making reservations was good (^-^)The room is comfortable on the day of your stay.The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable (^-^)Dinner was also delicious, and the style of cooking the rice on the spot made it easy to appreciate the deliciousness of the rice. In the morning, I had a buffet and had a second helping of rice because the rice was delicious.

Hotel Kasugai was so kind to send my bag to Narita when I forgot to bring it along to my next destination. Service was impeccable from when we stepped in till we left! Rooms and food were amazing too. Thank you for being so accommodating to us and our family!!

There was a very disappointing response from a young staff member during dinner. However, after my boss found out about this, he came to my room to apologize after checking with me in advance, and he also took this into consideration when checking out, which made me become a fan of Hotel Kasugai. I did. As a member of the customer service industry, I would like to model this kind of response.I felt that no matter who stayed at a hotel that was supervised by experienced staff, they would have satisfying memories (even if a moment of sadness occurred due to the actions of a young staff member).Of course, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and public baths, the wonderful atmosphere inside the hotel, and the quality of the hot water were truly amazing, so many people choose Hotel Kasugai as their first choice when staying in the Isawa/Kasugai area. It was a high quality hotel that was a good choice.

I used it on a family trip to pay my hometown tax in late July.When I entered the lobby, the arched ceiling looked like a European church and was wonderful. It was cool, quiet, and smelled nice.The pool had an adult pool and a small children's pool. Although they say they use underground water, it wasn't too cold and I was able to play comfortably. On the way, the water temperature seemed to have risen, so the staff added groundwater to cool the pool. The entire hotel was well kept, and the changing rooms were also very clean.The wine bar on the 12th floor had a great view, and we had a welcome drink there. House wine was also available.The public bath was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was good. It was an alkaline hot spring that made your skin tingle.This time I stayed in a Western-style room, and the guest room is also very clean. I was surprised at first because the pillow looked expensive, but I was able to sink into it so I was able to use it properly.The ceilings in both the hallway and the rooms were not low, so I was able to spend time without feeling oppressed. I would like to use this hotel again because I had a comfortable stay.

It was a very good hotelThe location is a little far from Isawa Onsen, so I think it's easier to get there by car.The room has been renovated and is cleanIt's a Japanese-style room, but it's a bed.It was easy to use because the bath and toilet were separated and there were two sinks.I thought the large bath had hot water running at the entrance to keep my feet from getting cold.Both men and women have open-air baths, and I don't think the water is hot.The meals were served as course meals at the restaurant on the first floor and were all delicious.Breakfast is buffet style at the same location.There aren't many types of dishes, but the Shine Muscat bread was delicious.I was very happy with the view from the room and the top floor lounge.I wanted to go again

It was a nice hot spring. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and it's definitely a good hotel, but I thought it would be even better if there was nothing around it and there was something different about it.

Stayed for one night. The staff were all kind, the rooms were clean, and I could feel the care taken throughout the hotel.It may be a small thing, but there are handbags that you can take to the public bath, bath towels are also provided in the public bath so you don't have to take them from your room, individually wrapped socks (tabi), and two wash basins. First, the room was clean all the way to the ceiling so I didn't feel uncomfortable when I laid down on the bed, the entrance was spacious, they gave me keys for the number of people without me asking anything, they lent me bicycles for free, and it rained just before the rain. Maybe it was wet from the rain? Please wipe it clean before lending it to me. Free umbrella rental was also available which was very helpful.Hot water flows at the entrance of the bath, so the soles of your feet won't get cold and I think it's good for hygiene. The food was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied. thank you very much.
