This is the first time I've stayed overnight, not happy, satisfied, happy... I had ordered a long time ago but it seemed like the facilities weren't prepared, the lights in the room were dead, the water was hot, not hot, the wifi didn't reach the room, only in the restaurant, the AC suddenly turned off , at first when it was on, I wanted to watch TV, but it turned out there wasn't a T plug provided...Maleees wants to say many times that if every facility is not there, you have to say it,,,👎

The room was very average.Concerning the bathroom, it was really minimalist, a shower, a tap and a toilet with no separation, we would have thought it was a fitted cupboard. The worst part of this bathroom was the fact that the toilet didn't flush and we had to go to the next room to use their toilet. During the night, an exterior light remained on at window level. Result a green light in the room all night which prevented us from sleeping. Many strange outside noises only increased the lack of comfort we felt.Finally, the last negative point to note and perhaps even one of the most important is the fact that we had sheets that had a musty smell, our clothes smelled of this smell, on top of that we also had a smell of coming up. sewage in the bathroom which is not at all pleasant.I do not recommend this hotel at all, we changed and found much better and well located for the same price! No commercial gesture was made, we paid for two nights even though we only stayed one and no excuses.

We ate at the restaurant tonight, the sate had excellent flavor. My wife got the combo plate and her's was very flavorful as well. Bintang was cold.
