The hospitality of the hotel staff is very good. Although I stayed without meals, I had ice cream and welcome sweets, as well as cake. The bath was small, and I wondered what it was like to use a moor spring, which is also known as black water, but it wasn't as black as I expected. There were suspended substances from the hot spring ingredients in the bath, so it seemed to be effective.

The facility is a little old, but the room was clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk also gave detailed explanations, which I appreciated.

This is a long-established hotel. It has a lot of retro feel. Before I knew it, it became part of the Chateraise series.・Rooms are larger than business hotels. But it's old. Amenities are sufficient.・Breakfast was delicious (Japanese food only) and infection control measures were perfect. The staff will bring it to you on a plate rather than a buffet. One table per group, with sufficient distance from neighboring tables. The table was disinfected each time.Apparently you can get refills of the rice, miso soup, and salad, but I've never tried it.・The hot spring (indoor bath only) is characterized by black hot spring flowers, and is unheated and is fed directly from the source. However, it is a small bathtub (the hotel itself is also small), there are 8 lockers, 5 washing areas, and the bathtub can accommodate about 4 adults.・Wi-Fi is good.・The staff was polite.

Impossible! It's very frustrating. My grandmother passed away yesterday,My grandparents had their wedding at the Landrokan before, soI remembered that I had received a commemorative plate, so we talked about it on the phone, and when I decided to get it, I went to get it...First, I called and told them I was going to pick it up, but they couldn't get through. When I asked them directly at the front desk, they immediately handed me a plate in an envelope, and they responded with a smile and said, ``Congratulations on your marriage.''No, it's not, but...What about education and services? This is the basics of communication between staff members, right?Isn't it basic to be careful about the words you say, considering that dealing with someone's death is a serious matter? Not possible as a hotel or as a person.I want you to think about how it feels to be congratulated when you are grieving.I have never used it during my stay, butWhen we toured the wedding venue seven years ago, he said there were spider webs at the venue and that it was impossible even though my husband had already made a reservation.I think you should definitely skip the wedding.
