The cup was wet even though I hadn't used it.The mirror in the bathroom also had what looked like towel residue on it, and there was some hair on the edge.Dinner was BBQ, but the potatoes were hard. The atmosphere among the staff was also bad.I felt disappointed.

The food sucks.Dinner was cheaper than the 1,500 yen set meal at the local restaurant, and the food was even worse.A simpler meal than a business hotel breakfast.I can often serve this kind of food with the expensive accommodation fees aside.Since I was in a high-grade room, there was a shuttle to the dining venue, but it seems that there is no shuttle for lower-rank rooms. You're making fun of your customers! I've never stayed at a hotel with or without shuttle service, and this is the worst hotel run by Hoshino Resorts in pursuit of profit. The staff was nice.
