This is my first visit in about 50 years (although I have no recollection of staying there as a child).Also, this time we will be using the Harvest Club, so the quality of service may be different if you are using the hotel building.Overall, I felt that the service was rather poor.For example, it is common practice to bring towels from the room when going to the public bath or pool, but there are only two tenugui-sized towels in the room. In short, use the towels you use for the bathroom in your room. Isn't that true?I had my yukata changed to a larger size, but after room service the next day, it was back to normal size.I think even business hotels have larger TVs in the rooms, but the 26-inch TV is rare these days (although I don't watch TV while traveling).There is only Japanese tea and no coffee.The umbrellas placed at the front desk are 300 yen umbrellas from a convenience store, and there are many places where you can feel that the service level has been lowered, giving the impression that the resort feel is being diminished each time.Overall, it wasn't bad, but I was a little disappointed since I had high expectations.
