Stayed here with a few friends in Feb 2024 and had a blast! Hosts are cool folks, the space is large and clean, and the place is both easy to get to from the train station and to get downtown.

Super convenient location. Short walk from a supermarket and bus stop that takes you to Hirafu Welcome Centre. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable to stay at. Had a great time! Pick the Iwaonupuri room and wake up to a view of Mount Yotei every morning.

Extremely cozy and conveniently located in the main part of Kutchan, with a supermarket and used winter gear store both within walking distance. The hosts are super helpful in offering information on how best to make the most out of your ski-trip.Will be back!

Walkable distance to 24hr food outlets and convenience stores. Accommodation is fitted with gear racks and drying areas. Perfect for your snowboard trips! Host also takes care of you!

Great location and host!It's a 10min walk from Kutchan station, may take longer in the snow if you're carrying heavy gear but roads are usually well cleared so not a major issue.Things were still being set up when I came but the host made every effort to accommodate every tiny little need I can have.

Amazing place!Supermarket Lucky is a short 10min walk away for all your grocery needs, perfect for packing lunch for when you're on the slopes. Got a few extra runs in with all the time saved!Also very conveniently located near the ONLY Sukiya in Kutchan, just 10minutes walk as wellThe house is also located around 15minutes by car from all the major slopes (Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village etc)200% would stay here again

Amazing home-vibe cozy lodge to stay in Niseko area with reasonable prices ~We stayed at the tatami room with a framed bed on the second floor, room was clean and warm, the bedding was so soft and comfortable.Location is also great, about 10 mins walk from Kutchan station and since we had luggage, the host picked us up from Kutchan station.Many good restaurants and bakeries within 5 -min walking distance. Highly recommended~
