Loveliest, cozy cafe just on the more peaceful outer edges of Hirafu. Delightful staff and the hojicha and matcha parfait were incredibly good. Very highly recommended!

A must visit if you love matcha and are in the Niseko area:) The dish in the photo (not sure what it’s called) was like nothing I’ve ever eaten before. The pumpkin dango were chewy and the Azuki base was the perfect amount of sweetness! Definitely recommend, especially on a snowy day☃️

This is a little shop provide dessert, the food are great, but you should expect to wait for a longer time because they have only 2 staff work for the food. It might take longer time, but still worth. The ice cream taste like using natural ingredients instead of artificial flavors.

I visited once last winter and this time in the spring. The winter mini parfait and tea set included sesame ice cream and persimmon, and the rich ice cream was very delicious. There are about 5 types of tea to choose from, and both this time and last time I received very delicious tea.The female owner of the restaurant shows us pictures of the menu and explains it to us in a very kind manner, which makes us feel good. The view behind the window glass from the wooden table seats is like a painting, with pure white snow in the winter and white birch trees with Mt. Yotei in the background in the spring. There were also several handmade items made by local artists. There is a parking space for about 3 cars, and there are 3 table seats inside, making it a small and relaxing restaurant. When you come here for the first time, you might get a little lost getting there by car, but it's worth the effort :)

I visited the cafe, which was the most relaxing hideaway, right on the edge of Hirafu. I love the wooden interior and the calming feel of sipping a tea inside. When I visited we also tried one of the Matcha parfait style treats and ordered two different teas to try.You can also try a Japanese tea ceremony there as well.I can't wait to return.
