It's the best inn.The room, building, view, and location are perfect. What I really want to mention is the customer service of the host.Due to unforeseen circumstances, our schedule had to be changed, but they were able to accommodate all requests promptly.Due to our own circumstances, we ran out of time and couldn't relax, but I still felt extremely comfortable.I will visit you next time when I have more free time.thank you very much!

I was looking for a place where I could see Mt. Fuji from my room and ended up staying here. Mt. Fuji can be seen right in front of the room, and we have counter seats, so we were able to sit facing Mt. Fuji and enjoy Mt. Fuji to the fullest. It was great. There are multiple power outlets at the counter seats, so you won't have to worry about power supplies. Older inns sometimes have a problem with not having enough places to plug in electrical outlets, right? You can enjoy Mt. Fuji from your room, but from the rooftop there is a sense of openness and a spectacular view. There were facilities for barbecuing. It is illuminated at night. If the course does not include dinner, please be aware that there are few places to eat nearby. However, you can order light meals at the hotel, which is helpful. However, there are not that many types. Convenience stores are also within walking distance, so it's okay.We received welcome sushi rolls and fruits. The sushi rolls were quite large, so I had them for dinner and bought some snacks at a convenience store. We received welcome fruit the next morning. I was happy that free breakfast was included. I thought it would be nice if there was coffee available, even if there was a charge. The rooms are spacious, so you don't have to feel cramped like you would at a business hotel. It was also nice that the toilet and shower were separate. There was a full-length mirror in the room, which was convenient. However, I thought it would be nice to have slippers for the toilet and hand towels for the toilet and washroom. It seems that it is also used as a training camp, and the problem is that it is difficult to make reservations for groups. I wanted to make it my regular lodging.

This time, I stayed with the no meals plan.I was a little worried as there were only a few other guests on the day, but the owner was very cheerful and the service was good.At the welcome service, I was served futomaki rolls and fruit, and my anxiety immediately flew away.It was a plan to stay without meals, but on this day they served waffles and rice, which I was very impressed with. Also, you can have breakfast on the rooftop, which was very comfortable. There was a service that was not listed and I was very satisfied.

I used it on a solo trip. The building itself looks old, but the rooms have been renovated and the air conditioners, toilets, and showers are new and clean. There are power outlets installed in various locations, so if you are using the room for business, you can work on your PC at a table set by the window while looking at Mt. Fuji.Even though it's a room only plan, the welcome service includes thick sushi rolls and fruit. If you're a picky eater, this is enough for a light dinner.Furthermore, the plan was to give me a discount because I couldn't use the bathhouse, but now that it's okay, I was asked to use it.The staff were also very pleasant and I felt that the service was more than perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the music that was constantly playing. In-house BGM? I think so, but although it wasn't very loud, it was playing at night and the high-pitched sounds made me feel strange and had a hard time falling asleep. If you are an early bird, I think you can stop going to bed around 10 p.m.
