You can escape the hustle and bustle, but enjoy all the convenience.Everything is provided. Except the electric pot -We will meet you at the Hirafu Welcome Center and take you to your accommodation. Same thing when I come-It’s so convenient because I use English! It is more comfortable than a small hotel as the room, living room and kitchen are separated. However, the road to the ski slope is a bit difficult -It's 7 minutes to the nearest Aya Resort lift, but it was really difficult to carry the equipment.I wish they would run a shuttle, even if it is for a fee.I took off one star because of this issue.(I guess the yucon apartment stop is gone)Because it is a wooden house, there is noise between floors. There is noise from walking on the stairs, etc., but it is understandable.Bring shampoo, conditioner, body shower, towel, and toothbrush with toothpaste. There is toast, microwave, tableware, drip coffee, sugar and salt. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.

A great apartment in lower Hirafu. Perfect for groups of friends or family, with a courtesy bus almost outside the door or a uphill walk to the Hirafu intersection.

Have stayed at Asuka on previous visits. Some units better than others, which explains the other reviews for this place. The walls are thin, noise from next door units carry through loud and clear.Unit 8:Uncomfortable living room, with the most uncomfortable couch - white pvc, really narrow corner couch, barely seats a small person without feeling like you'll slide right off. Is it too much to invest in a reasonably comfy couch given the occupancy rates in winter???? So guests can relax after a long day on the slopes? The holiday management agency Holiday Niseko should at least have a minimum comfort criteria for the owners of their managed properties to adhere to.The bedroom, dining and bathroom are good.Unit #5.Advertised as a 1 bedder, the 'living room' is essentially the kitchen with a little couch that sits in front of the kitchen sink and stove, the living area is really dark without much natural light. The bedroom and bathroom are good, we ended up having to hang out in the bedroom due to the poor living room environment. Next door neighbours partied throughout our stay, noise carried very loud into our unit, no sound proofing.

We had a great experience at Asuka Apartments! Staff were very helpful and promptly replied to emails in the lead up to the trip. Apartments are close to the main street and within walking distance from everything around Niseko. The room had a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, small grill, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils. There is also a dry room, washing machine and a dryer. Even the beds were super comfortable! We would recommend Asuka to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Niseko.

Stayed here and it was really neat. We had the apartment upstairs closest to the road. Great location, right in Hirafu Village, all very walkable. You just need to walk up the small hill, or wait for the shuttle to take you to the lifts. The shuttles run constantly and the timetable are pretty easy to follow. Holiday Niseko hooked us up with a sweet tidy little apartment, that was basic and comfortable, with a full kitchen and more room than we needed. Their staff were even nice enough to move our luggage from our other rental to this one all included. Would reccommend this Place, for price and location. Holiday Niseko has lots of other places too.. Go hard, the powder is fantastic.
