I made a reservation online for a fireworks viewing set on a boat.Parking is available in front of the hotel. In addition to the accommodation fee, a bathing tax of 300 yen per person is payable at check-in.It was listed as a 4-star hotel, but it didn't seem that way at all.You have to carry your own luggage, and there is no staff at the entrance. At night, breakfast is served at a specified time, but it seems okay to eat 30 minutes early. There is a buffet at night, and there are few ingredients reminiscent of Hokkaido. One person had Genghis Khan, which was venison.I wonder if the steak meat is not good either...The sushi is made on the spot, but the three types of sushi, including tuna and conger eel, quickly fall apart. There are only two free drink machines, so you have to line up.There are no outlets near the bed in the room, so charging is a problem. The view from the public bath was amazing. There will be a bingo game at 8pm, but there is a participation fee of 500 yen. There weren't many attractive prizes, and even if you won something like an electronic product, it would be difficult to take it home.

The male waiter in a fine dining outfit actually touched the guest's food directly with his cloth. His behavior was rude and his attitude was terrible. Who would dare to eat it? Is it bullying foreign tourists with no way to complain?

The hot springs feel good. Due to construction, the Viking area is a little small. Genghis Khan and the morning curry are exquisite. I didn't meet a single Japanese employee. Lots of inbound.

We have experienced discrimination against Koreans. It was a 7 o'clock meal and were guided to our seats when we arrived at around 6:50 p.m. We had a good view of the lake. The long queue for my luggage to be left behind and my food was very long, and as we stood in line for the last time, a tall, plain-haired male employee left our luggage by the window at will and sat down with a Japanese couple waiting to stop us. When I went back to his seat and asked him to speak in English, he only told me that it was impossible because he was already there. Even though he knew full well that he was not Japanese, he guided me in Japanese and asked me to speak in English, which was rude. I didn't even hear a formal apology for this. Eventually, I had to eat next to a pillar out of sight. All I could see was the wall. Later, these pillar-side Chinese travelers and us were all alone, and all good seats were reserved for Japanese and old white couples. This was our first trip since our honeymoon after our wedding, and we had a very unpleasant evening. I have been traveling to Japan for about 10 years every year and it was the least delicious meal of all. Of course, there was an unpleasant feeling, but it wasn't very tasty other than steak. This area is a peaceful and secluded destination with beautiful scenery that you won't regret. However, the hotel ruined the day and made me feel so bad that I didn't want to go back to Japan. For your information, we were unapologetized for moving our luggage recklessly, and another staff member provided us with directions, and we had to move both our meals and luggage on our own. He was really offensive and rude until the end. I regret that I was unable to book one of the most famous hotels recently, but it was a very regrettable choice. I highly do not recommend any Koreans to come to this hotel. You will still have to feel embarrassed about discriminating against tourists by the country and acting offensive.----I experienced discrimination against Koreans. It took quite a long time to leave our luggage and get our food because there was a long line, but as we were waiting in line to get our food, a tall male employee with bald head placed our luggage on the window without permission and left a Japanese couple sitting there. I was waiting to stop you. When I went back to my seat and asked what was going on, they just told me that it was impossible because the seat was already occupied. Even though they knew full well that I was not Japanese, they guided me in Japanese and when I asked to speak in English, they responded in English in a rude tone. I didn't even hear a formal apology. In the end, I had to eat at a seat next to a pillar that couldn't see Lake Toya. All I could see was a wall. However, the hotel ruined my mood that day and made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn't want to go on a trip to Japan again. For your information, we were not apologized for carelessly moving our luggage, and a different staff member showed us to our seats, so we had to busily move both our meals and our luggage ourselves. The employee was really unpleasant and rude to the end. Recently, I was unable to make a reservation at the most famous hotel, but it was a decision I regretted. It is highly discouraged for Koreans to come to this hotel. As a country, we should still feel embarrassed for discriminating against tourists and behaving unpleasantly.I wrote this to translate it from Japanese, so the language is a bit strange, but my husband and I were really looking forward to it as it was our first overseas vacation after getting married this year... but this one itinerary was so unpleasant that it left a bad impression on the entire vacation. Due to the nature of the area, there are hotels all along the lake, but I don't think there is any need to go there and risk being discriminated against.---In Korea, it is necessary to separate food in 7 hours and eat it in 50 minutes in 6 hours.てくれました。 If you look at the water and watch the clothes, you will see the clothes. The Onsen bath area having an amazing view facing the lake. Room is standard Japanese style. The vibe is like the 90’s Japanese onsen hotel. I personally really enjoy staying such old school style hotel. The dinner is buffet style but with lots of options. Even you are a vegetarian. The fireworks after dinner makes the trip more memorable.
