An extremely nice ryokan experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. We had an incredible view of the mountain, and the dinner and breakfast we were served was one of the highlights of our trip. I hope to return to the Niseko area someday just to stay a few more nights in this lovely hotel.

It was so great that I wanted to give it 5 stars! The cost performance is too good. I was able to see Mt. Yotei wherever I went, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and had all the amenities I wanted. The food looked, tasted, smelled, and textured well. The wine was delicious and I was happy to be able to drink it only in Hokkaido. The bath was large and the window was open, so it felt good to bathe in the hot spring while feeling the cool breeze.I'm glad that the customer service wasn't boring, but the only negative point was that the person who carried my luggage was cold when I went there.

View was nice. Yotei mountain view! Food was great. Actually overall experience was better than zaborin. Food/ view/ room and bed. Room was a bit humid but it’s ok.The worst part about here is the massage. It makes me ill during and after the treatment. (I used to get many dry muscle massages in Thailand and know what it should be. Here? The service is unacceptable.) Except for that everything was nice. So just don’t try to get massage here. Never ever.

THE BEST RYOKAN IN THE AREA 🫶🏻 Serious about hospitality and providing a peace of mind from the hustle bustle in the nearby city. Staff team was one of the best trained, and talked us through each dish - the kitchen team was also incredible putting out such beautiful dishes. I’d return at a heartbeat. They provided pickup service at the nearest train station (which is rare in Hokkaido). Brace yourself for a stunning view of the Yotei mountain (if cloudless) when you first walk in. The architecture seemed to merge or melt into the surrounding, which was lovely, doesn’t take away from the view and feels environmentally friendly.Loved the complimentary chocolate and coffee beans in the room. Such a nice touch, and very considerate to reduce packaging! Cannot fault the room with such a spacious tub. Cannot be happier ❤️ of course, the inclusive breakfast and dinner were both AMAZING. I’d disliked uni until I tasted their uni from Hokkaido. It’s very different from the ones you get on the main island. My sister’s pescatarian, and they swapped all the meat items with equally lovely ingredients.Again, will definitely return, and so grateful for the hospitality we received.

The room was spacious and clean, the magnificent view from the window, the hot springs flowing directly into the room, the food (Yakiniku, French, Japanese breakfast) wonderfully delicious, and the drinks that went with each plate made the dinner even more appealing. I did. We had a very rich and quiet time. My mother was also very happy. thank you very much.

A ryokan we visited on the last day of our honeymoon. The trip to Hokkaido itself was a very enjoyable and happy memory, and coming to this ryokan for the last time was a very good choice. From the first time I came, I was impressed by the lobby and service, and was surprised by the condition of the room. In particular, it was amazing that the room temperature and the water temperature in the ryokan could be adjusted without much attention. I thought the meals had fewer dishes compared to other ryokans, but the food was very neat and I could tell what the taste of the ingredients mentioned on the menu was.I came here for 2 days and 1 night and am so sad to leave. Next time I go on a ski trip to Hokkaido, I want to stay here for 3 days and 2 nights to finish my trip.
