The air-conditioning drain pipe leaked in the middle of the night on the first day of my stay, and the ticking noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I informed them of the situation the next day, and the B&B owner didn't feel sorry at all! I was only informed that I would find someone to handle it, but the result was ~stay for five nights! The property owner asked us to pour the water ourselves for four days. Except for new bath towels on the first day of check-in, there were no new towels at all on the fifth day when we checked out!Apart from the location, this one is great! The room and the owner's attitude are completely different.

Convenient transportationThe check-in environment is average and the signal on the second floor is limited.If you have wila, it will also be 2 cells.The cooler drips and makes the sound of water all night longThe next day after seeing it, the floor was dirty and black and I needed to wipe it myself.I also have to go out and help pour water...every day

The location is excellent. It only takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the Karasuma Oike subway. There are also restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby alleys. The room is clean. We booked a room for 4 people. …

Perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Good location. I fell in love with the beds, so nice! Good airco. Useful instructions for picking up the key and entering the building and room. Coin lockers were available in the building, which was very useful since we arrived in the morning and had to wait for check in at 16h. I only didn't know how to get hot water in the shower (but it was 30°C + outside so didn't really need it). I pushed the button I supposed I needed to push and it gave me warm water for like 1 minute, then went back to cold.

We are traveling to Kyoto as a family. The location here is very convenient. We can walk to Nishiki Market and shopping street. We can reach Karasuma Oike Station within 5 minutes on foot. There is also Karasuma Station nearby, so it is not too far to go anywhere. . Near the Hexagonal Hall at the back, you can stop by and feel the tranquility in the city.The great thing about the quadruple room is that it has two types of beds, a spring bed and a tatami mattress. My parents like the tatami space very much. After experiencing the Japanese-style room for a few days, the equipment is also very complete. If it is not enough, you can also go to the small room. You can pick it up at the counter and cook in the room. The tableware is complete and there are even sake cups and pots.Overall, a very recommended place and will come again next time!
