Used for group meals.I wasn't expecting much, thinking, "Why did you come to Kyoto to have curry?", but the hotel curry was a hit and the taste was top notch. The meat was tender and the roux was rich enough to leave me wanting more. Well, it costs nearly 3,000 yen, so the taste is worth it.

I used it for rice only. Boiled pumpkin, tofu hotpot, tempura, etc. were served. The batter on the tempura was hard and not tasty at all. Has it been abandoned for a long time since it was made? The tofu hotpot had too much water and tasted too bland. It's worse than hospital food. The most delicious thing was the matcha roll cake. There was no meat at all like you see in the photo, and there was nothing fancy about it at all.I will never use it again. Not recommended.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious even for a family. The food was mediocre and the restaurant looked more like a canteen than anything else. We were very disappointed. Overall the hotel is way overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend going there.
