The blanket doesn't seem to have been changed, the top is fragrant, but the bottom is not. The floor is not clean, the sheets are also dull.. the tv only has 2 stations that show smoothly.

Book this hotel for a business trip. Initially order a Happy type room. I requested that it be on the most occupied floor, and it should be near the elevator. When you checked in, you got to the 3rd floor and when you entered the room it turned out that it didn't match your expectations as in the photo. The atmosphere in the hallway tends to be dark even though there is sunlight, quiet and cold. The room is damp, smells musty, the refrigerator smells, the bathroom is dirty like a septic tank smells like it has never been cleaned, the TV channels are not clear like an ant broadcast, plus there is an old sofa which makes the atmosphere even less comfortable to use for resting. Because I was anxious, didn't fit in, and because I couldn't sleep, I went straight down to the reception to ask to move rooms. I asked for a room that was smaller than Happy with the notes that it had to be on the 1st floor, had to be close to the lift and had hot water. You can type the smile according to my request. And it turned out that the room was more or less as dirty as the first room, the toilet was smelly and dirty. Every time I go into the toilet, I always feel nauseous because I smell like it's coming from a septic tank. The cleanliness of the room is dirty, dusty, walls are dull. The only thing that is quite better is that the television channels are clear. But the WIFI is the worst, the signal doesn't enter the room, I asked the receptionist but only answered "I don't know, even though the router is near the pantry." Sleeping comfort is more or less the same, the pillows are smelly, the sheets & blankets are dirty, the feeling of always waking up every night. What I appreciate is only the hotel team's alacrity in handling problems. My advice, please make improvements to the facilities. I didn't try the breakfast menu at all, because it wasn't tempting enough. So far so good for the employees, I'm quite satisfied, but not for the facilities.

Initially I got a room on the 2nd floor because the only room left on the 2nd floor was on the top floor, then after I entered the room, the condition of the ceiling was very moldy and not well maintained. Likewise, the walls under the TV are also moldy. Finally I went back to the receptionist to ask to change to a better room, then I was given one on the 1st floor, after entering the room and I checked it was the same😅the wall above the cupboard was moldy and neglected, the bathroom was really dirty, the closet hadn't been brushed and it smelled of urine. The sheets and blankets smell strange as if they have been kept in a cupboard or storage for a long time. it's best to wash it. then at the top of the curtains there were cobwebs nesting😄😄😄😄really dirty, hopefully in the future it can be even cleaner.

The hotel clerk, Mr. Aldi, was very helpful, he was willing to bang on my room, I couldn't open it because on June 21 I was already serious, finally he and his partner took me to Pertamina Hospital. and today started recovery.Mr Aldi was willing to wait for me until the following morning, thank you Mr Aldi and the HOTEL management
