I wonder how many people would want to stay at this hotel if it didn't have the Ritz name or the Reserve crown.It is said that Japanese hotels have no substance, and the Ritz is a perfect example of that.(Other Ritz restaurants are still better.)Poor customer service.A room that is not well cleaned.Room service delivery error.People working.It's not that you guys are amazing, it's that the Ritz brand is amazing.I have to try not to live up to the Ritz name...If you have any information that you won't find out unless you ask, such as titanium benefits, taxi return arrangements, etc.You can be a robot.I don't recommend it for someone special or for an important day.

This is an exclusive property next to a ski slope. Have great views of the Yotei mountain. Visited during off season and it was still a great experience

Prices are average but the level of people is below MoxieTo be honest, I was surprised that they gave a hotel like this a Ritz-Carlton sign.I don't have anything bad to say, so I'll just say that the quality of your stay would be better if you stayed at Hyatt, or if it's fully booked, stay at the middle end of Hirafu.

The day before their trip to Hokkaido, it was discovered that they were involved in some terrible trouble.I found out that reservations are not available.Since it was my mother's birthday trip, I wanted to take her there somehow, so I hurriedly made a reservation over the phone and was able to go without incident.We would like to express our gratitude to the front office supervisor who answered the phone when making reservations and when checking in.I was feeling down because of everything that had happened the day before, but seeing my mother's happy face made me feel better.Thank you for your consideration.

We had a wonderful time at Higashiyama. The staff is all beyond amazing, and the rooms on the Mount Yoti side are stunning, with excellent sunrises each morning over the peak. In the winter, I could see how the rooms on the other side would be advantageous as you see the ski runs right from your room. The food is excellent and all sourced locally, and prices are reasonable for a Ritz. The breakfast spread was also delicious and quite diverse each morning, which is appreciated on a longer stay. We really enjoyed exploring Hokkaido from the resort and taking in all you can do during the green season. The staff goes above and beyond, and really makes this a special place. We will definitely be returning.

There were many overseas staff members, and I think they spoke to each other in English. There was also a staff member who mainly spoke English, so we also had a conversation in English.There are many delicious foods in Hokkaido, and I personally feel like it's one step further.The sweets in the room are also labeled in English.You can see Mt. Yotei from the hot spring.Maybe it was because my room faced the mountain? ! From the bath, I could see the parking lot and the workers working in the mountains, so I thought I had to be careful about the angle.Valet parking is convenient for your car.

Although it's part of the Ritz-Carlton chain, it's best not to expect anything better than Tokyo-Kyoto. If you think of it as an overseas hotel, you can control your expectations.

Summer vacation in Niseko! Last year it was the Park Hyatt, and this year it was the Ritz Carlton.Good location with easy access to pure leisure facilities for families.Turn on your car and valet park.Check in at 12:00. It was great to be able to get into the room right away!I had plans to go to lunch, so I had a taxi arranged and I was able to go to an Italian restaurant.There seems to be a limited number of taxis, so if you want to take one, it might be best to make a reservation in advance.Not only is the room clean, but the kids also had a sofa turned into a bed!I was also happy to eat cookies from a nearby farm.Unfortunately, there were no activities for children, but that's a story for another time.That said, there is something like a stamp rally and you can get ice cream!The staff's response was very good.However, when I ordered lemon sour at room in dining, it didn't come even after 30 minutes...He didn't come even after 40 minutes...When I went to the front desk, they said it wasn't there lolMaybe I was busy and forgot.So I went to sleep.The private hot springs are also great.We don't often have the opportunity to take a bath together as a family, so we were able to take it easy.Breakfast is buffet style with one main item.We had a wonderful breakfast!There were a lot of things going on, but I'm satisfied that I was able to enjoy my vacation in peace and quiet!

The building and facilities are good, but I felt that the service level was too low.What you order at the bar isn't servedAt the restaurant, food was served incorrectly three times during breakfast alone.Among them, there are things that should have had the ingredients removed.I thought it was impossible for a mistake like this to happen in a hotel of this class.In addition, the content of the meal was not surprising or impressive, and was rather disappointing.If you have allergies, we do not recommend using the restaurant during your stay.

This hotel calls itself the Ritz Carlton but it surely does not have the same standards of other Ritz Carlton’s around the world. Service was average all around although they were quite fast to fix mistakes with room service. We stayed at the nearby Park Hyatt afterwards and everything from the rooms, the food, the ambiance, and the service was noticeably better.

Of course there is a high season and an off season, so I think the way you enjoy it will change depending on the season.Will foreign staff be dispatched? Maybe, but I think everyone is doing their best in their own way. Accommodations in popular tourist destinations have become much more lively since the coronavirus pandemic, but unlike the Ritz-Carlton in the city, I think there are times when it is difficult to secure human resources and manage the business.I was personally satisfied.

I used it for 3 nights during the Obon holiday.The basic premise of staying at Reserve, which is one of six hotels in the world and only one in Japan, may have been too high.The room had a view of Mt. Yotei, the bathroom was large, and there were plenty of amenities. Beer, sake, cola, etc. in the refrigerator were free (and they refilled it during cleaning and turndown), so I was very satisfied. .Best of all, since there are few guest rooms and a private space is maintained, there are many hot springs that can only be used by 2-3 people.There were many reviews saying that most of the staff were from overseas.I wasn't particularly concerned about that either.However, considering the breakfast cost 6,000 yen, I felt that the quality was low, although I could choose one item from the menu and enjoy the buffet.I also used it for dinner, but I couldn't help but feel like they were using the same ingredients over and over again (I ended up eating a lot of vegetables that looked like the ones I had eaten earlier lol), so I didn't think the cost performance was good.I had booked for 3 nights, but it suddenly became 2 nights.Did you have a relaxing time even though we told you this the day before? I was asked this when checking out;I thought they didn't know, but when I told them that I couldn't stay for 3 nights, they said they were aware of that and would contact me again to see if I could get a refund for the service fee. That's what he said.I can't help it all this time, but...I want to come again! I didn't think so.I always use Marriott hotels when I travel, but I felt that the food and service at MITSUI THE KYOTO in Kyoto was overwhelmingly better.
