The downside is that check-in is in a different place and there aren't many towels, so you have to wash them, but there are two toilets and sinks, and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and an electromagnetic cooker, so it's comfortable and good for staying multiple nights. By the way. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but Teramachi and Shinkyogoku are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants around the inn, making it a comfortable stay. Also, the fact that there are two water areas was very popular among the women♪

Apart from the looseness of the room, there are no advantages at allStrictly speaking, it is not a hotel, just a B&B, because it has no service at all, no front desk, no cleaning, and you have to throw the garbage into the garbage room yourself, and there is a garbage room. The washing machine does not have a drying function, so you have to hang the clothes in the bathroom to dry them. The check-in location is very far from where I live. It takes 10 minutes to drive. There is no parking lot nearby. It is very inconvenient for families. This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan.

Very nice, comfortable, quiet apartment, equipped with all comforts. Definitely better (and bigger) than a hotel room. In particular, for those traveling with minimal luggage, I would like to point out the very useful washing machine with "drying room" for drying laundry. Put like that, it's not clear, I realize. Large TV, two large and comfortable double beds (family trip: 2 adults and two children). WC separated from the bathroom (convenient). The building is very elegant. Inside the building there is a smoking room. Quite convenient to buses and the metro (10 minute walk). Excellent check-in service (fill in the online forms to speed up the process) in the office in front of Kyoto station. Once we checked in (friendly staff, excellent English) we took advantage of the shuttle service to the apartment. If I were to return to Japan, I will also consider accommodation in an apartment that is so comfortable compared to a hotel room in other cities. Super recommended!

The hotel was amazing and extremely spacious. The beds were comfy and everything worked. We only encountered one issue, being that the our door was unusually “heavy” which ended up just being because the rooms are extremely airtight. The staff were very quick and polite to explain the issue and the whole situation was dealt with swiftly.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable, very practical washing machine (we dry the clothes in the same shower which has a hot air option). Quiet environment. Check-in at an office in front of Kyoto station (not too easy to find). Well taken care of and they took us to the apartment. Very satisfied.

We stayed in two different apartments. The bigger one had a tatami with a low table and TV. It was like a dining room but it had no chairs. You sit on cushions. The washing machine was great and the drying device in the shower was super cool. The smaller apartment was similar to the other except it didn't have the dining room and the kitchen was integrated into the room.Great option to stay in Kyoto.
