We both had Wagyu steak , this would have been the toughest steak we have ever tried to eat, it was impossible to digest , we had Wagyu steak before and it’s always been great. Here it was not eatable

review for the restaurant only.when ordered food, i waited very long the foor to arrive.ordered beer and food, have almost finished beer by time the food arrived.looks nice, but meat wrongly cooked and fridge cold inside! ate 2 pieces, and couldn't eat cold raw meat anymore! when complained and pointed out that meat is cold, i was offered reheat of the meat. but remembered in beginning how long it took to get it i decided to leave.one * for having free beer (was offered free food, wwhen pointed out to pay). food was inateable, the cook don't know what he is doing!next door more options to get food.very friendly waitors.please do not call the contry style potatoes french fries, so confusing.no and no! avoid this.

5 stars for customer service. It was my first time traveling to the Kansai area, and I was greeted with very warm customer service. The food was also very delicious. It's an unforgettable taste. However, the room was disappointing.I think the concept of the room is modern and good for foreigners, but first of all, I didn't think it was kept well-cleaned.A glass case with a cloudy sliding door covered with dust.It may not be a problem for foreign guests, but compared to the cleanliness of other hotels in Japan, I think it is unbelievable. It was a shame because the customer service and food were excellent.

In term of price, it’s somewhat reasonable. We ordered 2 lunch set and it costs 4050yen. It’s reasonable for a quality lunch.3 stars because the beef served was too salty.

The staff were so wonderful. I loved all of them. They were very gracious, sweet and helpful. The staff get a total 5 stars. They are sweet, authentic and charming. The room, however, didn’t exactly match the description. This was a true Japanese experience. It had tatami mat seating, low doorways, low bed. It added the amenities one would expect (blow dryer, robe, soaps, fresh towels). The restaurant was very good. It had a lovely bath room. The gaps were only in our expectations. There was incredible street noise all night long. The AC shuts off as you leave the room. The street lights illuminated the room all night. Our room was not cleaned during our 5-day stay. The entry was through the restaurant and then up a very narrow staircase. We were not offended but more surprised that this was not a beautiful 5/star, but instead offered an authentic if noisy stay.

tourist scam !!We booked this site for 3 nights after reading positive reviews posted on TripAdvisor. Only photos taken of the hotel are made by a professional and you are far from reality! To know: to enter your room, you have to cross the restaurant, and the dirt of the entrance sticks to your feet. Then, the person at the reception will require you to give a specific time for breakfast. So, thinking to be on vacation, I did not want to give a precise schedule to the minute! In short, I said the morning. The next morning, we arrive at 8:30 (after a night in a room with spiders on the ceiling, and no place to unpack, because it is very small and very poorly lit and the air conditioning is on / off) and there, we are given 2 coffees, then nothing! After 25 minutes of waiting, a gentleman in the kitchen arrives (understanding nothing to English) and still no breakfast. So I asked him to help me down my luggage. And he answers me: not before noon!In all honesty, I have traveled a lot and I have never seen that in Japan. Pay a Ryokan over 300 € a night. We expect an equivalent benefit! It's not even worth € 50- € 90 a night this establishment. You sleep very bad since you hear all the noise of the restaurant below. Can not unpack your bags since there is no wardrobe! No closet. Finally, our guide tried to talk and express the problem, then we went to the hotel opposite. We have no response from this hotel, the hotel opposite has contact them, our guide has contacted them and he gives no response and even less a refund.I strongly recommend this property unless you like to live in filth and disrespect.Besides, I do not understand the positive opinions posted and I intend to contact the management to speak.***********Arnaque à touristesNous avons réservé sur le site de cet établissement 3 nuits après avoir lu les avis positifs postés sur TripAdvisor.
