There are a lot of ants, the room is moldy, no one cleans the garbage, the entrance and exit are dirty, and the garbage cannot be disposed of after staying for seven days.

I stayed with my child, and there were noisy footsteps and letters from the next room.I understand if they were making a lot of noise, but it wasn't that loud, and they turned off the lights early at night, and the way they were spending their time was just the sounds of normal life, but after that, I had a bad feeling about it. The room next door had the feeling of being lived in by a resident rather than a guest.

I used it on a 3 week family trip with an infant. The time is winter, which is the off-season.It's more of a newly built apartment than a hotel, and it's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from a bus stop, donki restaurant, and convenience store.It cost about 8,000 yen per night, including cooking utensils, a bath with a bathtub, a washer and dryer, a parking lot, and three double-sized beds.Ohama Beach is within walking distance, and you can play on the shore at low tide. There are many fish in the tide pool.Please note that there is no cleaning service available during your stay; you must apply for a fee. Please note that taking out trash is prohibited.

It was a convenient location close to the city center, airport, and Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. I was nervous because I couldn't face the side streets along the way, but if you go slowly, there's no problem. For people who are not good at driving, the Vitz class might be a good choice.The trash cans are large, but they are not cleaned until you check out, so I recommend eating out. There are restaurants that you can walk to for a quick bite to eat, and you can choose from a variety of options within a 10-minute drive.There was a washing machine and dryer, and there were Band-Aids, cotton swabs, and lotion, which was helpful. The bed was spacious and I could use the second floor, so it didn't feel cramped.The room was clean overall, but I was concerned about mold in the bathroom and dirt in the trash can corner. In particular, the dirt may come off easily with a wipe, so it may be that the contractor just doesn't notice.Since it's a room in an apartment, you can sometimes hear noises from next door, but I don't think it will bother you if you mainly go out.

I stayed in Ishigaki Island for a week for diving.A dedicated parking lot is secured;Being close to the meeting point for the diving school,There are good izakaya restaurants nearby.I think the location is perfect.The facilities and space were perfect for a family of three.Since I was diving every day, I was also able to do a fair amount of laundry.Ishigaki Island was fun!The only disappointing thing is the cleaning. I would like to advise you to return to a company that does proper cleaning. If you do that, it will be ☆5.

It's very cheap but... Finding the place is troublesome, especially arriving in the evening, after sunset. As there are no street lights, the alley that leads to the place is pitch dark. The google maps location was incorrect (edit suggested) since the owners haven't bothered updating it, including on their PDF instructions. There are apartments on both sides of the building; D-F entrances are at the back, again difficult to find. The back alley is 50 cms wide so it doesn't look like there are more rooms at the back. Weird.Cooling the room, especially the top floor is also tricky. The air-conditioning easily takes 1.5 hours to get the bedroom to a comfortable temperature. The rooms are prone to trap the heat. There is a washing machine and dryer. Good to have these amenities but it is impossible to stop the dryer. We had to unplug it as it kept on tumbling.

Comfortable and convenient B&B
