Fusaki Hill

It was a very satisfying stay. However, I was satisfied with the location as it was close to Fufusaki Beach, but there is no convenience store, so a rental car is a must. Also, if the size of the rental car was large, it would be nerve-wracking to park the car in the parking lot.

Used by 3 generations.I'm glad I was able to make inquiries and requests to the owner on LINE in advance. They responded very kindly.The room was spacious and the pool was great, and the kids were in it every morning and evening.There are few options for facilities that can accommodate a large number of people and have a pool, so I made reservations early.The building is two stories high.3 bedrooms (twin/double x 2) and bathroom on the first floorLiving dining room, bedroom (double shower room), pool and balcony on the 2nd floor[Good points]・Good location and great view.・The building is really nice.- Spacious, so you don't have to worry about your surroundings・I don't think there are that many insects (August)・The water in the pool is clean. Nice light up at night too・You could rent a barbecue set for 3000 yen.・Perfect for spending private time with your family・Inquiries about problems can be responded to promptly.・Although there were no plates or bowls, there were chopsticks, glasses, pots, cutting boards, microwaves, ovens, rice cookers, ovens, etc.[What was not good]・The first thing is that the air conditioner in the living room doesn't work. This was painful. During the hot months, it's very difficult to have only one small fan and a fan in the large living room. It seems to shut off automatically while I'm out, and when I get back, I'm in a steam bath and it's even worse. Even more so when I cook... The air conditioner in the bedroom on the first floor works well.・Everything from electrical appliances to toilets and baths were made overseas, and I often had trouble understanding how to use them.-The breaker trips immediately. (Kitchen or washing machine) Do not run two dryers at the same time.I was tired of constantly thinking that it had dried, but when I went to check it, it hadn't.- Areas around the washing machine, inside the kitchen shelves, and the refrigerator are not very clean. Left behind by the previous guest? I don't know if it's okay to use or not because things like that are left in a mess.・There is no TV (I was lent a projector, but it was naturally bright so I could only use it at night)・The fan in the living room makes strange noises regularly and I'm afraid it might fall.Since it was Obon, it cost over 400,000 yen for 3 nights, and although there were various problems, I am generally satisfied.

The view and facilities were great!I want to come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fusaki Hill. The stylish and spacious apartment provided an incredible view of the Ishigakijima sunset. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Even during rainy days, we found the downstairs outdoor areas perfect for relaxation.Chris, our host, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative. The location, nestled close to nature, means you might encounter some local wildlife around the house, adding to the authentic island experience.Renting a car is highly recommended for easy island exploration. Although there is a nearby bus station, the schedule is somewhat irregular, with some buses departing in the morning followed by a longer break after lunch. The bus ride to the city costs about 320 yen, while a taxi fare is around 1800 yen.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend Fusaki Hill for a memorable island getaway.

I hope that it will be useful for future users.【climate】I think it was a good time, not too hot during the day and not too cold at night.Of course, the weather was such that we could go to the pool during the day.[Pool]The atmosphere and size are perfect!However, although it was stated that it had a jacuzzi, they actually didn't provide hot water, so I was wondering why...I told them about it, and soon Ikkyu's listing was changed...(I wondered if they were going to do something that lame)【inquiry】When I contacted them, I was connected to someone who was not the manager and was not in charge of the management, and I was surprised to hear that they ``usually act as an interpreter for the owner'' and ``This is the first time I've heard about the facility, so I don't know much about it''...【cleaning】Are there private lodgings? I don't know if it's fair to compare since I often stay at hotels, but unfortunately it was clear that they weren't well-maintained.【toilet】Since it's not made in Japan, the washlet and door locks were new to me, so I had a hard time figuring out how to operate them. There are no instructions, etc.【bathroom】Severely clogged drains...If you use it normally, dirty hot water will accumulate around your feet, and you can only use it by repeating the process of waiting until it drains, then taking a shower, and then waiting for it to accumulate.[Towels]I think it depends on your preference, but it was a certain pattern that was gray, had no water absorption, and left fluff on your body when you used it...[Cospa]I apologize for being subjective, but personally I think it's bad because it doesn't match the price.In the end, I was very disappointed that I saw the hotel listed on Ikkyu, and since I have always believed in Ikkyu and enjoyed my travels, I ended up making a reservation without even thinking that there would be an accommodation of that quality.Also, I contacted Ikkyu about the situation and contacted the inn, but neither of them responded in particular, and even though it was only one night out of three, they followed the cancellation policy, so I didn't receive a single yen refund.(We moved to Fusaki Resort from the second night because the hygiene level was unbearable as we had children with us)

Amazing place and super friendly owner!

Having the private pool was amazing, and nice parking. Would recommend to stay with another couple as the house is big :)
