Best value for money✨I would like to stay again.◎The room is clean◎Where to take off your shoes at the entrance◎The shower, bathtub, and washroom are clean.◎The provided shampoo is good.◎Equipped with a kitchenette and microwave oven△You cannot enter the toilet without wearing shoes.△There are no desks and chairs (if you want to work, you should probably go to the lobby)As with any neighborhood, there are many foreigners. I stayed for several nights, but it will remain the same for the rest of the night. They provided enough towels and water for us. I'm not looking for detailed service at the front desk, etc., so it's sufficient.

The location is great! Walking out of the alley, there are 7-11, Family, a pharmacy and an entire shopping street. There are many specialty shops nearby. You can quickly reach every point by renting the LUUP next to Family. The CP value of the room is very high, and the price is very discounted on weekdays. I stayed alone and the space is sufficient. If there are two people, I may need to consider the size of the suitcase. I am still willing to come back next time!

It is easily accessible, 6 minutes walk from Nijo Station, and 1 minute walk to convenience stores and drug stores.The prices are low, the rooms are clean and of a good size.Although the room was full, I could not hear any noise from the next room.There were several parking lots with maximum charges between the hotel and Nijo Station.

This hotel has been perfect for our days in the city. The location is very good since you have everything nearby. The bed and pillows were cloud-like and king size. The bathroom is super comfortable and has everything you need for personal hygiene. With a mini kitchen, kitchenware and refrigerator in case you feel like stopping by a 7/11 and not going down to dinner. It also has a laundry room. Only 2 negative things: during your stay they will not pick up or clean your room (we spent 3 nights there) and the walls are not very thick (we had to talk to the neighbors next door to get them to relax a little since at 2 :00 in the morning they were in laughter mode) and you could hear everything.

The room is spacious and the price is cheap!There are two supermarkets nearby, as well as a pharmacy and a bus stop!It’s about 15 minutes from Nijo Station!The environment is clean and tidy all day ~The bed is also very comfortable ~I would like to stay here next time!

Good location (10 mins walk to Nijo station for cross-provinces shinkansen and lots of bus stations near by for sightseeing). Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is a bit small but well-equipped. Coined washing machines are available. Affordable price

Great hotel, quite larger rooms for Japanese standards and a very nice location. Just next to nijo station, the castle is very close and there are 2 nice conbini stores 50 m away, as well as a shopping street, just in 3 mins walk. Highly recommend!

Rooms are sufficiently large. Cleaning only after 6 nights, which is sustainable on the one hand, but if you stay longer than 2 nights it's not so great. Even putting out trash etc. Service tries to help, but understands English rather poorly. We wanted to send our suitcases, which is not possible from the hotel. In general the hotel is rather out of the way.

Beautiful rooms with everything we needed, lots of towels and space to unpack and relax. Mini kitchenette was unexpected with microwave and cooking options under the counter. Our first night here made us search for similar places in Tokyo as we enjoyed it so much. Very helpful front desk staff and luggage storage and delivery when we arrived early. Thank you for our most comfortable stay in Japan yet
