Small, local onsen with views of Mt. Yotei.The onsen has 7 washing stations, a sauna, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor bath. Body soap and rinse in shampoo provided. In the changing rooms there are small lockers. There are larger lockers in the onsen lobby.There is a ramen restaurant on site and tatami mat relaxation area.The views from the outdoor bath are amazing.Entrance ¥600.

This is a hot spring with free flowing water from the source adjacent to Maccarina.The indoor bath was a little hot, but the outdoor bath was warm and I stayed in it for a long time.

Visited for a day trip to the hot springs.Spectacular views at the foot of Mt. Yotei.Gaze at the majestic Mt. Yotei while taking a bath in the open-air bath.A very relaxing hot spring.I would like to stay there next time.

Relax in the open-air bath while looking at Mt. Yotei on a clear day. It's great to say the least. The sauna is also really hot.The inside of the hotel is well kept and very clean. This time I rented a car from Otaru and traveled with the sole purpose of going here, and the hot springs were the best.

pH value: 7.7. Spring quality: Sodium - chloride, sulfate, hydrogen carbonate hot spring.September 16, 2024, 2:00 p.m.Used for day trip bathing.The washing area is large enough for about 13 people. Body soap and conditioner shampoo available.The indoor bath was so hot that I gave up after getting soaked up to my knees.The open-air bath is lukewarm, so I'm glad I took my time in it. It's a nice view of Mt. Yotei, but if you go down the stairs from the bathtub and go to the back, it's hidden behind some rocks and it's hard to see.

Be sure to experience the open-air bath where you can see Mt. Yotei right in front of you. On a clear night, when you look up at the sky outside the hot springs, you can see the stars so clearly that in summer you can see the Milky Way.

The hot water in the indoor bath will warm you from the core of your body!The open air was so lukewarm that I didn't feel like going inside.It's hard to see Yotei while soaking in the bathtub. The view is spectacular when you stand up!The sauna was small and crowded so I couldn't use it.

It feels like a long-established hot spring facility.Simple structure with 1 open-air bath, 1 indoor bath, and 1 saunaThe open-air bath is lukewarm, and if you stand up you can see Mt. Yotei, but you can't see much after soaking in the hot water, so the view is a bit...The Niseko side is the Mecca of hot springs, so it might be difficult to ask why you should come here, but since there are other places such as the World's Lily Garden and Macarina right next door, I think it might be a good idea to enjoy them along with them. I will.*For those who climbed Mt. Yotei on the Makkari course, this is the closest hot spring, so it's a good idea to use it.

I visited on my way back from Niseko where I skated at the beginning of the year and during my summer vacation around Hokkaido.There is no air conditioning in the changing room, so use the fan to cool down.There is a hair dryer.If it was a sunny day, you would be able to see Mt. Yotei from the open-air bath, but I've been here twice and both times it was hidden by clouds.Next time I definitely want to watch it from the bath.

Sodium-chloride/sulfate/bicarbonate springIt is a sodium bicarbonate spring.In terms of negative ions, 423.3mg of sulfate ions and 408.8mg of bicarbonate ions compete with each other.It also contains 100.7mg of meta-silicic acid, so in terms of ingredients, it is a ``hot water that promotes blood circulation,'' a ``hot water for beautiful skin,'' and a bit of a ``refreshing hot water.''Naturally flowing from the source.The temperature of the water is regulated by a mixture of three sources.The bathroom and bathtub cannot be described as spacious.The open-air bath is the size of a rich man's garden with carp swimming in it.Overall, it has the atmosphere of a hot spring facility for the villagers.However, the quality of the spring water is so good that I find myself wanting to go there about once every six months.Makkari Village is a very nice place.Although this village is adjacent to Niseko Town, it has an earthy smell that makes it difficult to relax.I'm thankful that there isn't even the slightest bit of discomfort like Niseko Town.If I were to move to this area, I would choose Makkari Village, not Niseko, Kutchan, Rankoshi, or Kyogoku.This is because the ``countryside'' in a good sense remains here.Makkari Onsen is a hot spring facility that we hope will remain as it is.

Morning bath at Makkari Onsen at the foot of Mt. Yotei.Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day and Mt. Yotei was hidden by clouds, but the private open-air bath was pleasant♪

A spectacular view of Mt. Yotei from the open-air bath that I used after climbing Mt. Yotei! However, there was no air conditioner inside the room even though the outside temperature was 30 degrees.

The reason is that there is a bucket placed on the edge of the bathtub, and you can use it to soak your body in the water, and after using it, put it back in its original place and take a bath in the open-air bath.When I returned to the indoor bath, I was told by the villagers that I was having a fight. I thought that if an outsider behaved in a way that was offensive to me, I would never want to enter again. This is the worst day trip bath run by the village.
