Doesn't come with a washletNot auto lockThe walls and doors are so thin that you can hear the sounds in the room next door and in the hallway.Honestly, I can't recommend it even when it's the only place open.

Used for one night and two days. I gave it 5 stars because of the cost performance. The best part was the service provided by the two female staff members. The two children and toddlers were also kind to me. thank you very much. Although the facility is old, it felt clean. Breakfast was also very good value for money. The kids were happy with the flavored seaweed and furikake.

We based ourselves here for some hiking in the southern Alps.Staff were very helpful assisting us booking some huts at the last minute, which we greatly appreciated.The staffs English was better than my Japanese too!!I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Kofu.Domo arigato gozimus!!

I stayed with breakfast included, but nothing was prepared even after breakfast time. I waited for about 30 minutes, but no one showed up. I called the hotel and emergency contact number, but no one showed up. It didn't come out either.Since we didn't have much time, we returned the key, checked out, and had to eat breakfast quickly.When I called around noon to confirm, I heard that an employee apparently overslept.They apologized, but there was no further response and I felt like I wasted my time and money.Other than that, there wasn't anything particularly bad about it, so it was a shame.

It's an old building, but overall I'm satisfied!It's an old building, but it was clean and in good condition.I thought it would be even more comfortable if the reception process was a little smoother.It would have been more comfortable if they had prepared futons that matched the season.I also appreciate the breakfast, and I don't have any negative impressions.

It's quite a distance from the station. It feels like a historical hotel. There's a slight musty smell in the walkways. The room is quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast bread feels like it's been there for two days and it's not very fresh. In addition, I had to leave my luggage when I arrived at 11:30, but there was no one at the counter. , it took about 20 minutes for the staff to show up, and their attitude was quite friendly.

It's a little bit inside from the main street, so it's hard to find, but we were able to stay there for a reasonable price.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel is located in the center of Kofu, a little south of the station. It's one street west of the main street, so I think it's surprisingly quiet. Especially, I think it's perfect for a single customer to stop by. Everyone. I also want to use it. What do you think?

Traveling from California, USA and stayed at Travel Inn in Yamanashi for Hottarkashi Onsen and to explore Kofu. Travel Inn has traditional Japanese rooms and breakfast food (7am-9am) that’s included in your stay. Bathrooms might be a bit tight for bigger guests. Reliable WiFi is available for each room. The hospitality is PHENOMENAL as they let us have breakfast even though we were a bit late. Front desk is very knowledgeable of the area and has English-friendly documents. The staff all deserve a raise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

Is the location difficult to find? I was worried, but I found out right away that there was another parking lot nearby, so I didn't have any problems. All the staff were very kind and made us feel comfortable. Also, the small single room was larger than I expected, more than enough for one person, and above all, it was clean. Breakfast was also delicious. I think this service is cheap! I thought. Thank you very much for your help.

Good base for travelingIt's close to the downtown area, so you won't have any trouble finding food or going out at night.The parking lot is small.There wasn't much hot water in the room either.

I used it for work. Self check-in was available after 10pm. We will send you a message on how to do it. There seems to be a parking lot nearby with about 3 cars in front. There were Halloween stickers pasted around the place I entered, giving it a heartwarming atmosphere, but there was no one there so it was scary🎃Is the room about four and a half tatami mats? The door can be opened with a regular key, and when you enter, the bed is immediately to your right. It came with a small unit bath. The shower head was small and hot water came out from strange places, making it difficult to use.The door doesn't have a chain, so I guess it could be opened easily. I couldn't sleep much due to this fear and the fear of the occult 😇 I don't think it's suitable for people who are nervous.Breakfast was free. The hotel felt nice. I think it's convenient that it's close to the station.

It is an older hotel located about 15 minutes walk from the station. The exterior looked old so I thought it would be okay, but the woman at the front desk was very polite and made me feel at ease.The room is kind of old-fashioned, but it's clean. There was no musty smell in the water area. There were no outlets around the bed, which was inconvenient, but other than that there was nothing particularly inconvenient. I think there is a TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and the minimum facilities. I don't think it's suitable for a couple to stay, but it's fine for a single person.Breakfast was free and didn't have a lot of choices like a buffet, but it was delicious. It was also a hotel that could be one of my options when coming to Kofu.
