I found this place for around 10,000 yen for a stay near Fujiyoshida, including one night and two meals, and a toilet (Western style) in the room. The location was on the south side of Lake Yamanaka, a little into a residential area from the lake.Does the exterior look more like a pension than a hotel? It's like that. There was a parking lot for 3-4 cars near the entrance and several on the 1st floor of the building, but the road was narrow and it was difficult to park. The first floor was the front desk, lounge, and dining room, and the rooms and baths were on the second floor. There is no elevator, so it is not recommended for people with walking disabilities or people in wheelchairs. The meals for breakfast and dinner were not luxurious, but they were all homemade and delicious, but I felt like I wanted something a little more local. It was clean, and the staff were pleasant and made me feel comfortable.

I arrived at the hotel very late, as I had only stayed overnight after work, but the hostess was very kind. The place was a bit difficult to find, so I went outside and waited. Since I arrived late, they gave me a room right next to the bathroom, which was very helpful.

I stayed with my family. The food was delicious, and although it was old, it was clean and nice. The bath was reserved for the family. There was another customer, but he said it was okay because he was already inside. I also appreciated that kind of consideration. Although he was an older employee, he was polite and kind.

I was charged 1000 yen for heating costs on the day. ||I was surprised that there was no advance notice...||I chose it because it was cheap, but it ended up being expensive. …
