The sunset from the guest room is truly beautiful. It would have been better if the weather was nice, but the view was more than enough for this price range! It gets quite crowded for breakfast, so I recommend going early. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk from the city center, so if you don't have a car, we recommend taking a taxi or other means that don't involve walking.

The location of the hotel is good. The view from the upper floors is ocean view, and the rooms are clean. In addition to this, there is also a medium bath called a large bath, so I think this is a very good hotel for people who want to take a relaxing bath.Maxvalu is a 5-minute walk away, and there are several pubs within walking distance.The problem is the hotel service. For some reason, I had to call the toll-free number instead of the extension, and there were no glasses in the room, so I asked to borrow one, and they agreed, but I didn't hear back from them. In the end, they never brought it to me, and I didn't even receive a call asking me to come and pick it up. This is a hotel where I have no idea what they are thinking.It is also a problem that there is no hotel staff staying 24 hours a day on this scale. This is a hotel where there is no one at the front desk during the day and at night. This was a negative point for me personally. Overall, I feel like I would use it again if it were cheaper.

There was a man at the front desk who spoke quickly, and when I asked him about something I didn't understand, he responded with a "huh?" attitude, which made me uncomfortable. I don't know why someone like this is working at the front desk. I'll never use it again.

I often used Grand View on the main island of Okinawa.This feels like a business hotel with spacious rooms.There is a gas station across the street, but you can see the ocean clearly from your room.Although there are people at the front desk, it's basically self-service and you only call out to them when you have a problem.So don't expect much from the service.There was no extension, so I was instructed to call the front desk from my mobile phone to a toll-free number.There is a small bathhouse on the 2nd floor, with 6 baths and 2 chairs on the balcony where you can step out and cool off.The problem is that there is no outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom, so you have to power it from the outlet next to the TV and use the full-length mirror next to the window, but it is dark and difficult to use because there is no light.I would like to have an outlet in the bathroom.Also, my nightgown was too small to wear.Another drawback is that the price is high compared to the content.If it was cheap, I think I would use it every time I go to Ishigaki.It may be inconvenient if you don't have a car due to the location.Maxvalu is a few hundred meters away, but you don't want to walk in the heat.Steak 88 has opened next to the hotel, so if you're just looking for a meal, you might not have a problem.
