I've been boarding here for more than a year, don't listen to negative reviews, they're all hoaxes. No one was ever asked for money, the owner was also nice. The quiet atmosphere makes me feel at home here, the corridors are often cleaned, the prices are relatively affordable with complete facilities.

The bedroom is narrow, the bathroom smells of sewage (sewers), asking for a room exchange was not given. The hot water is dead (you have to buy the machine battery yourself).Actually, it's not a problem if you buy your own battery, but from the start you were told that it was included with hot water. It's time for everyone to be alone, not facilitated. Bad service...

For 5 years living here: The boarding house owner is friendly and quick to respond to complaints, complete facilities, clean boarding house, fast wifi, strategic location. A suitable place for workers and students. The place is beautiful and cool.

I lived here for 7 years, before finally starting a family. The owner is very kind, strategic location.I'm a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews which are full of lies just because of baseless hurt feelings, then try to destroy other people's businesses.Those who have lived and know the owner will definitely not believe the negative comments that are full of lies.
