This is probably dumbest hotel I have ever been so far. During my stay, I visited their onsen during peak hours. At that time, a female employee was wandering around in the men's bath area (after the locker area where people usually get undressed) and many people were confused. I went to the front desk and mentioned about this, however, the front desk said this is something common in Japan.I have been to many onsens in Japan and have never seen anything like this before. They required an entrance card for females to enter their onsen; however, a female employee could enter freely to the male's bath area. This is very stupid and not accepted to many cultures around the world.

The rooms, customer service, and location were all excellent. There is also a large public bath on the 2nd floor, as well as a sauna and an open-air bath, so you can enjoy it very slowly. The guest rooms also had a Japanese-style feel and felt very fresh. I recommend it because you can have a very good experience for the price.

Reception staff training is needed. It was a female employee, and she looked me up and down and treated me in an unpleasant way. I don't want to go again. It's a funny hotel where the cleaning staff are friendlier.

About a 13-minute walk from Sapporo Station, Otori Park? It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the clock tower! I always ate well and walked around, so the location wasn't that bad ^__^The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and it was nice to see that they took great care in cleaning. There is a hot spring on the second floor, and vanilla ice cream is provided when you leave. Yum yum good*^_−☆Oh, but people with tattoos have to cover them up. You have to buy a tattoo seal at the front desk, put it on, and go in. Japanese culture is so unavoidable. Or did you personally use it with your own seal? The smoking room is located just beyond the restroom on the right side of the front desk on the first floor. The room key is really nice.Breakfast is in the 2000 yen range and you must make a reservation! If you make a reservation by email, you will receive a friendly reply right away, and an additional payment form will be provided upon check-in. It's not a buffet, almost everything comes out at the beginning, rice comes out in the middle, it's delicious, and there are many kinds of drinks in a self-serve format, even coffee! I feel sorry for the moneyʕ•̡̫•If you go to Hokkaido, check out this hotel ☆〜(ゝ。∂)

Your room is stylish! Access was also good as it was a relatively major location in Sapporo city!I had rented a car nearby, so it was a very convenient location, about a 2.3 minute walk. The built-in parking lot was full, but when I called in advance, they directed me to another nearby parking lot!Personally, it would have been great if the sauna was a little hotter 💦*I think it depends on the individual.Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel! !

It's delicious, but relatively speaking, the fish in the rice is a bit dry.The hotel is perfect except for the slow WiFi
