It was a great deal for a weekday stay!The menu was extensive, with a course dinner and a buffet in the morning. The customer service was also great!I enjoyed the trip!

I stayed there last year and it was comfortable, so I stayed again this year. Although it is undeniable that the exterior looks old from a distance, the interior is so solid that you can tell that all the renovation costs were spent on the interior. The room is a converted Japanese-style bedroom. It's clean, spacious and comfortable.I only had breakfast. There wasn't anything like ``local specialties,'' but they were all delicious. I also like that the seats are semi-private.I think it's because it's not a big hotel, but it clearly feels like they aren't putting any effort into inbound tourism, so I enjoyed a relaxing trip. Last year and this year too, I had no stress at the public baths and restaurants.There was also a card-operated wine cellar on the top floor, which my wife was really happy about.

I used it on my anniversary trip.There were Nishikigoi swimming in the courtyard, which was very nice.It was also nice that there were plenty of amenities. There were also skin care products.The room and surroundings of the hotel were quiet and very comfortable, but the sound of the air conditioner bothered me a little when I went to bed.This time I stayed in a tatami room, and my arm was probably bitten by a tick and it was itchy, so if you're going this time of year, I think it's a good idea to bring anti-itch medicine.I would like you to take measures such as burning balsan.Also, I had ordered a cake for our anniversary, but it was served after the kaiseki dinner, so it was very painful and difficult to eat. I thought it would be nice if there was a service that could take it to the room. I really wanted to take a photo with the cake, but the staff serving the food was the only one from abroad and seemed busy, so I hesitated to ask. Ta. I would have been happy if you could let me know when it was time to serve the cake.

I used it on a family trip. I apologized and thanked you for coming to see me in the hot weather, and for seeing me off in the bad weather on my way back. The food was very delicious and the drinks went well too. They had several types of shampoo available, and there was one I wanted to try, so I decided to try it out. I was very grateful for the ice cream after the bath on a hot summer day. It was a hotel that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.

The service was very hospitable.The bathroom is simple and some people may be dissatisfied with it, but I am completely satisfied with it.The room had been renovated and was very clean.All the food was homemade and delicious.The only negative point is that you can't enjoy the scenery because it's in the city.Recommended

The exterior is old, but the inside is beautiful. The bath was also nice.The only problem is that the faucet in the washbasin in the guest room is in a bad position, making it difficult to wash your hands.

I was very disappointed that I couldn't stay overnight due to work commitments.I had to cancel 14 days in advance, probably because it was the day of the fireworks festival, but I was charged a cancellation fee.The cost of accommodation was not cheap, so it was quite a pain.I will stay there next time.

There are no large hotels in Yamanashi, so I made a reservation without expecting much, but the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were good for the price, and the hotel has a garden with carp and a cute open-air bath, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yamanashi. It seems to be a local ryokan with very few Korean visitors in particular. So it was better

It was a three-person trip with three generations of women.To be honest, I would definitely like to go again.My mother is elderly and has bad feet and uses a cane, so there were some concerns about the bed, the walkway with steps, the elevator, the bathroom, etc., but everything was cleared up and everything was very good.The rooms have been renovated, and although the building is old, they seem to be well-maintained.I asked for a chair with low legs in the room, and they provided one for me, which I was grateful for.Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and the upgraded dinner included the famous horse sashimi, chicken offal stew, and grilled Koshu beef on a ceramic plate.Breakfast was a buffet, but it was great because they had a trolley and my mother, who has bad legs, could take her bowl and grab whatever she wanted. I also thought it would be a good idea for people with small children to be able to put the obon on the second tier.We also have baby food available for babies, so I think everyone from families with small children to the elderly can have a comfortable stay.The public bath had just been renovated in March and had a nice cypress smell.The foreign staff also took my mother's slow walking pace into account when guiding her around.I didn't use the lounge on the 8th floor this time, but I definitely would like to next time.Thank you for your help.

The front desk staff was very responsive.It's my first time meeting Nakae-san, but she's coming from another prefecture.There were comments made that were insulting to the customers.The building and guest rooms are so old that you can see the back of the open-air wall.

The yukata and futon smelled like old age.As for the amenities, the employees pack cotton bags. There was hair in it, so it was disgusting and I couldn't use it.The air purifier in the room had a maintenance lamp on.I was surprised by the behavior of the waitress who was there when I was choosing a yukata.look at my figureThis is size M, and the rest are free sizes. I think free size is better...He suggested. I don't choose size M because I know my body type. It was my first time to see such a rude waiter.The toiletries in the bathroom were of the worst quality, and my hair became frizzy after washing.It is better to bring your own amenities.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The night view from the open-air bath is beautiful. The baths change depending on the time, so if you choose a time you can enjoy both. Breakfast is also quite varied.
