A hotel that makes you want to go home after an hour of stay.Is it really Hoshino Resort? It was a time I wanted to erase from my memory, so much so that I forgot to write a review. Both the environment and customer service are the worst. The building is dilapidated, the guest rooms are old, the bed is forced into a large tatami space, and the mysterious furniture...the balance between the room and the furniture is strange...What is the concept? This is the level I want to ask a question.Perhaps it's because of the locality, but the hotel staff's awareness is low, and they generally don't smile, speak in a low voice, and don't say hello.Perhaps because of the rain, there was no doorman, no one to guide us to the parking lot...Where are the staff? It's like thatThe only female staff member who was in charge of dinner was smiling and pleasant.I have stayed at Hoshino resorts in other prefectures, but the hotel quality exceeded my expectations for the Hoshino brand. In this case, it would have been better to stay at the Ritz Carlton next door...

The luxurious Japanese design makes it very relaxing.Rooms with a view of Lake Chuzenji are the bestThere were many welcome drinks, and the food and baths were very good. You can see the stars beautifully at night just by stepping out the front door, so look up when the weather is nice.I used it two years ago for my birthday celebration, and they provided costumes for me, so I had some great memories.thank you

All the customer service from the reception to the time you leave is wonderful!Although the private baths are inexpensive, they are of very high quality, so if they are available, you should definitely use them.
